All the gals here are very nice, I personally see Hanna whom does an amazing job every time, she is quick and very friendly.

Went here today for a new set of nails! Contacted them through their website to make an appointment for my friend and I to get in together! Sooo happy with how our nails turned out! I'd definitely recommend Hanna (I'll edit this when I ask my friend who did her nails, i didn't grab their name!)

My wife was excited to take our daughter there for her first pedi, she was so excited, got to pick her colours.... And then.... 3 people walk past her... She asked why... and found out they never put her in the appointment book even though she'd called days prior... Our daughter was heartbroken...

DO NOT GO HERE! I've been to this location twice first time was for pedicures. It was when it first opened. It was okay but my sister got an infection.

The second time I called ahead I said I would there in fifteen minutes. The lady on the phone said I would get in right away. When I arrived all the ladies were busy and one gal was waiting to get her nails done. I had a seat and the gal next to me waited quite a while and I waited a whole half hour. I invested the time already so I stayed. During my wait, two walk in pedicures came in and we're seated right away. Another walk in pedicure and manicure was seated right away. I was pretty much upset by this point asking myself who is going to do my nails?

Finally the lady who "claimed" my nail appointment asked me to come sit at her messy, dusty, dirty station where I watched her do pretty much a whole set of nails. She started shouting at me about price. I'm thinking, Hell no you did not just make me wait a half hour and then start shouting at me. After seemingly fighting with this lady I excused myself from the store to "call my husband".

All in all I did not get my nails done I decided that even though my time was wasted I would not vote with my dollars on this one. Awful experience! These ladies don't know what service is and have no idea how to schedule people. Ridiculous, ridiculous place.

Im not trying to be harsh here but i'm giving this place 1 star for a number of reasons.
The first reason being that when I arrived for my appointment to get a new set of nails (about 15 minutes early) I was told to have a seat, which was fine as the ladies still had clients which they were finishing. My appointment time had passed and I was still waiting for someone to take me, in the meantime another client had come as a walk in to get a wax and was taken into a back room right away. I chose not to say anything because I figured I would be taken shortly and they may have had someone who only does waxing available first. So I continued to wait until someone came over and told me to go sit at one of the stations. They lady who sat in front of me proceeding to start telling me where to put my hands and was about to start working when I interrupted her to ask if I could show her what I wanted. I showed her a very clear picture of the shape of nails I wanted and she nodded that she understood. Shortly after she started she stops working on me and pulls out her phone and starts using it in front of me. If you have a client in front of you I believe they should be your priority, not stoppint to text on your phone. Throughout the appointment she would get up and go work on finishing a pedicure for another client and then come back and continue. Because of this it took a lot longer than it should have to get my nails done. During the appointment I noticed a few things with my nails but did not say anything as I wanted to be patient and wait for the finished product, which I now regret. I asked for my nails to be rounded with an oval tip, very clear from my picture, and she ended up making my nails very pointy, almost like an almond. I ended up paying over 50.00 for this set (which looked like complete crap). I was told to go to another girl recommended by a friend of mine and when she saw the nails she said that they were crooked and she filed too much on the sides, the ends were way too pointy, basically just looked like crap and that I probably saw a very new technician. So I ended up having to get them fixed by the new girl only a few days after. I should have gone back to original salon and complained but it is out of my way and I doubt they would have done much since I didn't complain when I was there. I decided to give this salon a try since the reviews on googled all seemed good, but I am really regretting it now. The women do not speak English around you (which the reviews stated that they did), and yes the prices seem fair but 50.00 for a set of crappy nails you that you end up having to get someone else to fix is not that great of a deal. I will not be returning here.
