The only person I trust to cut and colour my hair is Flint. He is simply the best. I always have a vision of what I want my hair to look like and show him a few hair pictures when I arrive at my appointment. Flint listens, is attentive, provides suggestions and thinks outside the box for options for my colour and cut that I may not have considered. He then takes the time to ensure my experience is the best it can be from start to finish. I have been a client of Flint's for years and I can say with absolute certainty that I never leave disappointed. In fact, I leave looking even better than the photos of the hair I wanted! His personal touch, superb creative vision and technical skill is what sets him and this salon apart from all the others. I went here for a Groupon spa package my hubby bought me for Mothers Day. The entire appointment (4 hours!) was with a very lovely and very professional girl named Gina. She was clearly very well trained and I absolutely loved all the treatments! I fell asleep during my massage so it was definitely relaxing, the facial felt wonderful and has really helped my acne prone skin, and the mani/pedi were great too! Thank you Gina for being so wonderful and pleasant!

I went for the Groupon Facial, Mani-Pedi, Massage package last night which was purchased as a Mother's Day gift for me. What a wonderful experience. I had the pleasure of Gina's services for 4 full hours. She was very sweet, very professional and great at what she does. She was very quiet and peaceful during the massage and facial which was so relaxing and then very chatty during the mani-pedi which was so cool as she has so many fun thoughts and questions about life. Highly recommend Gina to anyone. Erin on reception was also very pleasant to deal with and William, thank you for putting my mind at rest over my parking ticket :).....you guys are great and your salon/spa is fantastic!!

I was lucky enough to be the person who won a hydra facial from the beauty lounge. I was always skeptical of those contests but turns out it was exactly what they said it was. A free hydra facial! I loved the modern feel of the salon and the staff were great. I felt right at home. The hydra facial was great and I would recommend it to anyone. I will definitely be going back for more treatments. Thank you so much for the experience.

I was in search of a salon to do a dramatic change and searched Yelp for reviews.

I have long natural black hair and wanted to go grey/black. I didn't' know the process so called the receptionist to ask questions and she recommended William as the best person to do this and they offered free consultation. I got my consultation and he was amazing! In his busy night, he took the time to take a sample of my hair and explained the process of this change.

He called me personally later that night, told me what he found from using my sample hair as a test piece for processing and we booked an appointment fully aware of what the day would entail.





The day came, the Salon is gorgeous!! I don't know what other bad reviewers saw but the place is black and white and it was clean and spectacular! I was instantly greeted, every staff was friendly and Will came to sit down in the waiting area with me to talk about what the day would entail before we started.

I got treated like a queen! Will is the owner and he is amazing at his craft. There was times I had 3 people working on my hair assisting Will as he coloured, they sectioned, mixed etc. All the stylist are exceptional and very skilled.

Overall I highly recommend this salon, it has all the amenities you need in a day spa. Staff are friendly, salon is clean and beautify decorated and prices are VERY reasonable considering the amount of staff I had working on me including the owner. This was my first visit here and I have now found my forever salon and stylist! Thanks The Beauty Lounge for my amazing new hair!! Love you guys!!

I visited The Beauty Lounge for the first time today and was very impressed. The decor is beautiful, the staff friendly and the service impeccable. I had a massage, facial and pedicure done by Gina. All 3 services were extremely relaxing and refreshing, and my pedicure turned out great.

I love the atmosphere soo much at both Chrome and the Beauty Lounge. Everyone is so friendly and they treat their customers like Gold. I was lucky enough to spend

I had an appointment with Flint last night, and If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I thought my hair was hopeless, and was going in expecting to have to cut it all off. My hair was extremely damaged and I had gone way too long without it getting cut and dyed. However, Flint did such an amazing job and I cannot stop looking at my hair and touching it, its still long and actually looks healthy again. I Will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. All the staff were so kind and attentive, I felt like a queen. You can tell how much William cares about every single person who walks in and he treated me no differently. Very happy and I will definitely be coming back!

I had a very good and relaxing manicure, pedicure, massage and facial.The other staff were also very polite and friendly. Very good customer service! I will definitely recommend this spa to friends and family.

I had a different salon not follow through on an appointment I made - I phoned The Beauty Lounge fretting that I was going to have ugly hair for my sister's wedding the following day. The Beauty Lounge rearranged and appointment so that Flint could meet with me for highlights and cut. A staff member even went out to my car around the corner and plugged the parking meter for me. Best cut and colour I think I have ever had - then on top of that tcustomer service was unlike anything I have experienced in a long long while. #clientgained #customerservicerox

Came in on Friday after driving in from Vancouver for a post-drive pedicure with Megan (Meg!) and it was fabulous! Results were great - pampered pretty pink toes that made me feel like a princess! The massage chair was also fantastic after the long drive and Meg let me have a few extra minutes in the chair while I waited for a friend to meet for lunch. Meg herself was great - clearly a pro in the industry. Very easy to talk to and not pushy at all, friendly personality, and able to answer any questions I had (ie, about gels vs regular polish, fake nails, etc).



The next day I came back for manicure and facial, also with Meg. Same great service and on both days my appointments were first thing in the morning - she was more bubbly than me! My manicure also looks great - very smooth finish and my hands are softer! The facial was a real treat since I've never had one before; very relaxing and great for getting rid of the tail end of a break out. My skin felt baby-smooth after!



One of the things Meg and I talked about was the "more natural" products at the spa and we chatted about the John Masters hair products that I use back home in Vancouver which I was pleased to have noticed on the shelves at this salon. Our chat led to Meg giving me a couple of quinoa shampoo samples which I look forward to trying!

I visited The Beauty Lounge for the first time today and was very impressed. The decor is beautiful, the staff friendly and the service impeccable. I had a massage, facial and pedicure done by Gina. All 3 services were extremely relaxing and refreshing, and my pedicure turned out great.

I have had already 3 laser treatments from Ada and I am impressed! Ada is super nice and professional and I would definitely recommend her.

I had an appointment with Flint last night, and If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I thought my hair was hopeless, and was going in expecting to have to cut it all off. My hair was extremely damaged and I had gone way too long without it getting cut and dyed. However, Flint did such an amazing job and I cannot stop looking at my hair and touching it, its still long and actually looks healthy again. I Will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. All the staff were so kind and attentive, I felt like a queen. You can tell how much William cares about every single person who walks in and he treated me no differently. Very happy and I will definitely be coming back!

I had a very good experience with the beauty lounge. My therapist Jessica was very passionate with her job and it shows without even trying hard. I had a very good and relaxing manicure, pedicure, massage and facial.The other staff were also very polite and friendly. Very good customer service! I will definitely recommend this spa to friends and family.

I had a different salon not follow through on an appointment I made - I phoned The Beauty Lounge fretting that I was going to have ugly hair for my sister's wedding the following day. The Beauty Lounge rearranged and appointment so that Flint could meet with me for highlights and cut. A staff member even went out to my car around the corner and plugged the parking meter for me. Best cut and colour I think I have ever had - then on top of that tcustomer service was unlike anything I have experienced in a long long while. #clientgained #customerservicerox

I got laser hair removal done from the waist down and the results have been spectacular! Ada does a thorough and professional job, I am very pleased with my experience here. I recommend it to everyone!!!

Came in on Friday after driving in from Vancouver for a post-drive pedicure with Megan (Meg!) and it was fabulous! Results were great - pampered pretty pink toes that made me feel like a princess! The massage chair was also fantastic after the long drive and Meg let me have a few extra minutes in the chair while I waited for a friend to meet for lunch. Meg herself was great - clearly a pro in the industry. Very easy to talk to and not pushy at all, friendly personality, and able to answer any questions I had (ie, about gels vs regular polish, fake nails, etc).



The next day I came back for manicure and facial, also with Meg. Same great service and on both days my appointments were first thing in the morning - she was more bubbly than me! My manicure also looks great - very smooth finish and my hands are softer! The facial was a real treat since I've never had one before; very relaxing and great for getting rid of the tail end of a break out. My skin felt baby-smooth after!



One of the things Meg and I talked about was the "more natural" products at the spa and we chatted about the John Masters hair products that I use back home in Vancouver which I was pleased to have noticed on the shelves at this salon. Our chat led to Meg giving me a couple of quinoa shampoo samples which I look forward to trying!

Enjoyed an amazing experience today at the beauty lounge. Will did my hair and t was exactly what I asked for and wanted. He makes you feel so special and important. The salon is gorgeous and the service is amazing. Highly recommend!!!!
