The Bend Lounge is your neighborhood lounge for fun, gourmet dining, and weekly entertainment. For several years, The Bend has been a hub of activity in the area that attracts folks wanting to hang out in a spot with a positive, fun vibe. The Bend Lounge features live electric and acoustic blues, roots, rock, and cover bands on Wednesday nights starting at 8pm till midnight. Edmonton guitarist Tony Kaye is the house blues talent with his Edmonton band "Mean Ole World". Tony's CD, "Boredom is the Devil's Tool", was released in Calgary with The Tony Kaye Trio in July, 2014 and the Edmonton Music Awards nominated the title track for 2015 Blues Recording of the Year. Tony Kaye and the Mean Ole World performs the first Wednesday of the month and you can enjoy a different band every other Wednesday of the month. On Friday night, The Bend Lounge chills and thrills with DJ Diggity. Plus, Saturday night is legendary for our Karaoke, and attracts a regular throng of singers.
