Overpriced poor quality furniture at all the brick stores but it seems to be even more expensive as you go further north. The staff are nice and not too pushy, but when it comes time to pick up your items, the staff aren't very reliable and don't seem to communicate with each other very well so we had to drive here long distance multiple times to separately pick up our items that were ordered together because the staff thought our stuff was there when it wasn't. Very disappointing.

Brick Grande Prairie would give a zero rating-Furnished our entire Livingroom, master bedroom, and all kitchen appliances.
Purchased the extended warranty on everything. They tell you that you will get your extended warranty money back if not used during the extended time. But don't tell you that you can't use it to purchase electronics or appliances. We purchased an LG range and had nothing but problems having 2 major component repairs in the first year of the manufacturers warranty, then continued to have 4 more during the extended warranty with Transglobal. Brick's Lemon warranty policy of 4 + repairs to qualify for a "like" replacement does not include any repairs during the manufactures warranty period, they didn't tell us that either. Needless to say we didn't get our replacement range.
Transglobal is terrible to deal with, and a total rip off, not worth the money. All in all, we found the furniture we bought of low quality for the price, not satisfied at all and will never purchase another item there.
Do yourself a favor and shop around. We've taken all our new purchases to City Furniture, deep freeze, and range(both in store for immediate purchase) and found them extremely helpful, knowledgeable and completely honest, top quality products & service.

Just want to give a HUGE shout out to the folks at The Brick in Grande Prairie, AB. and Vernon, BC.
Had a warranty issue over our living room set which we purchased 2 years ago from the Grande Prairie store. We were smart and purchased the 3 year extended warranty.
Between Caitlin in G.P. and Darryl and the store manager here in town we now have a brand new set coming next Saturday which was completely covered by the warranty!!
They all went over and above to keep us as Happy​ customers and they totally succeeded!!!

I bought a sofa and as soon as delivery guy took it out of the box it was damaged, it was not too big but still I was. I told the delivery guy that I didn't want the sofa he said that as soon as a new one arrive to the store he will take it back a bring a new one. I waited a few days and nobody contacted me. I when to the store and a girl from customer service said that they didn't know anything about. That I have to send pictures, I did. I waited a week and again nobody contacted me. Yesterday I went to the store again to find out that they are no going to replace it, they are going to send a tech guy to fix it. I bought a brand new sofa so for me it doesn't make sense to have a patched up sofa.
If you buy anything from this store make sure it is in perfect condition, if not return it right the way.
