The Brick - Medicine Hat

The sectional was exactly as described and the lady that was helping me out with the purchase was amazing she explained all the available options and was not pushy she told me that a delivery date and and it arrived the day stated as promised i have bought several pieces of furniture from the brick over the last two years and this was one of the better experiences that i had. Also the delivery team was polite and did there best not to drag in to much snow which was almost impossible that day as we were having a snow storm

I went in for a new bed and the sales guy was very informative and now I have the best sleep ever! I would highly recommend the temper pedic beds that they have. Zzzzzzz

The costumer service is terrible in this store. Management is as useful as the employees. The only option they have available is literally screw the costumer. All what matters is that we already have the money.

Awful customer service. Change delivery times last minute. Paying high prices for furniture, managers should be doing everything to make the guest happy. Management told us there was nothing they could do to accommodate for us.

The Brick in Medicine Hat Alberta is hands down the worst place to purchase anything. 0 return policy. 0 customer service. Having issues with a brand new bed and the operations manager told me to “sell it on kijiji”. Absolutely brutal.

Bad experience. Only one sale person knows what he's talking about in the store. I advice all to read the Brick policies before buying. Delivery is lacking professionalism and reliability.
Delivery boys Did not clean or removed their muddy foot were before walking in my house neither closing door behind them, it was -20 outside.
Did not unwrapped and unboxe anything but want me to sign that it was shipped in good condition.
As well the store refused to credit my credit card of undelivered items, only in store credit, but the thing is that I don't want to buy anything else at Brick Medicine Hat.

Return policy as advised by the sales staff: three days, store credit only. Bit of a problem when many items have to be purchased online and shipped to the store before you can even look at them in person...

Salesmen are very ignorant and uneducated, store constantly waffles on policy. Don't buy extended warranty, total bs.

Worst experience ever! Lies and more lies and not willing to fix their mistakes, just a shrug and oh well. So disappointed will be my last time dealing with the brick ever.
