Took 35 mins for a employee trained for the forklift to come and lift down stock. The website stated that there were of a item in stock you get to the store and nothing on the shelf. Firstly trying to even find a employee to help me in the first place was a painful experience and took 10 + mins. While waiting for the forklift to come a employee told me that 3-4 other customers had been in looking for this exact item days before. This place is extremely disorganized, Staff spend more time standing around talking than they do working. Never impressed with this place when i go there.

What you expect from a Home Depot except their paint department. They do a really cool thing here, and I assume they do it on purpose because I've noticed it a couple of times. It seems like when they make a mistake with the smaller cans of paint (which happens to any paint shop) they try to retint them to either pink or blue, as opposed to a muddy beige that you would typically see.

They are just PERFECT for kids projects - and of course they are really cheap which helps mom and dad! I picked up a small can of both pink and blue and some fence boards - today we are making bird houses and my son and daughter will get to paint them with their favourate colors.

Right on guys, this is really cool!

I customer service! Staff talking about personal life in middle isles! 3 staff members! I bought an oversized shelf no help to lift off shelf or load in my truck! Thank god for nice customers who helped me!! Come on Home Depot you can do better than this!! Won't be back!!!

We bought a gas stove, have bought flooring, had carpet installed, as well as a lot of other products. We are always happy with the products, prices and customer service. And the convenience of Home Depot being in Airdrie means we can always get what we need without going to Calgary :)

Just stopped in today to pick up a water filter for my LG fridge. Almost fell over when I saw the price. (I didn’t end up buying)
But all the staff were very friendly and along every turn someone always asked if I needed help.
Now those are great employees.

Ordered a Samsung washer & dryer combo along with a stacking kit from the Aidrie store back in June to arrive when we moved into our new house in August. Both arrived on time but when they were in the house the installers discovered the pre-drilled holes to allow the stacking kit to be installed were missing from the dryer! We got straight on the phone to the Home Depot helpline who passed us from person to person before making us call Samsung direct. After 90mins on the phone with them (90% of that time on hold) they said they'd call us back! Surprise surprise they never did!
It's now almost a month later. We've had 2 more replacement dryers delivered, both with the same defect. We still have the original dryer sat in our basement but have been told if we use it Samsung will refuse to replace it! Home Depot's seriously needs to start taking responsibility for the products they sell! I don't care that the item is shipped direct from the manufacturers. We bought it for Home Depot not Samsung. According to our multiple delivery drivers this is a well know fault! WE SHOULD NOT BE LEFT TO DEAL WITH SAMSUNG ALONE! You sold a faulty product YOU need to fix it.
Leaving a family of 5 for almost a month with no dryer is just not good enough! Stop trying to pass the buck & deal with it!
Would never buy a Samsung product again & would never buy a high value item from Home Depot again!

Well just want to say that the night before last I was in the home depot Airdrie I was in to buy flooring for my condo and was completely ignored by lanora and marge I waited around for about 15 -20 min as well made about 4 or so walks by flooring desk there conversation was more portentous.......

Lost out on the sale that I went else were for ........ 1800$ of flooring ....

The next day I went in waited around in hardware and Mike I think in hardware was too busy doing something else I guess .......But wait here comes someone Joe he asked if I need anything or had any questions ....
I asked him to call the store manager He told me that would most likely not happen because he was not sure if he was there but he did call MOD Brandon ,as this was unfolding Barry ask if I need a hand finding anything Wow Joe and Barry are the only home depot staff ask if you need anything.... Great job Barry and Joe ....

Joe was asking what I would be working on was nice of him to show interest in the flooring job I was doing Thanks .......
Mod had showed up I told him what I said above ........

As I was back in the store because I was told by the installer that I needed underlay Joe and Brandon both took me over to flooring I told them the one I wanted to get for my vinyl floors but Joe informed me that the underlay I wanted was to thick for vinyl floor I had Of Course the Underlay I Needed was Double the Price ....
Joe and Brandon said that we sell you the the underlayment for the Price of the one I needed Then Joe carried it out for me too Thank you Guy's .....
I can Only give 3 Stars because the overall experience was satisfying
But was ignored by few people .........

If they aren't answering the phone just keep calling, don't wait on hold. After a dozen calls someone answered, and the right department called me back twenty minutes later. If it weren't for the irritating "your call is important to us" run around this would be a 5 star review.

We roller shades for the whole house from here and after sales service is ridiculous. You call for service in warranty period and nothing they don't call you back. My warranty expired in October 2016 and i called them in September 2016 to tell them of all the work need to be done and still its not done called numerous times . They lost customer for ever.

I was in to buy a new fridge last week.
I dealt with a young fellow named Mitch in Appliances.
I found him to be very helpful and knowlegabel. He was also very polite

I don't know why everyone else hasn't have this place 5 stars!!? I shop a lot doing home repairs and fixing old furniture. Even when I'm not sure what exactly I'm looking for the staff seems to know. I tell them what I'm fixing and they come up with solutions and show me what to use its actually amazing. I won't shop at Canadian tire in airdrie or home hardware ever again because each time I do I'm disappointed and don't get any customer service or knowledgable people working at either place. Brandon is super smart and very friendly and the paint specialists are super helpful! It's always easy to find someone willing to help you. I actually love this place!!! I get frustrated easily shopping and don't know enough about building things but feel like I can tackle most jobs with the help of the staff at the Home Depot.
