They Always have stock on items I need. Most Staff are knowledgeable about electrical and plumbing issues parts needed and problem solving which is really helpful better then some other stores. Tool rental dept. is great no hassle I’ve rented lots of big tools especially the mini Kubota tractor for yard projects it beats buying such an expensive machine for personal use.

Good selection of products, prices are good when there on sale. Most of the time the staff is helpful. I have bought appliances 3 different times in the last 2 years and they always get me great prices as they price match competitors and give you an additional 10% off when you use your home depot card.

Large store evidently good selection. Short staffed in the lumber department when I was there. Only one associate available for any lumber customers at 10:30 AM.

Limited decor selection, great hardware. Staff used to be more knowledgeable. Can more info from internet than staff. Free wifi, do not a problem.

Don't try to price match here...I had 3 cashiers stand there not having any idea what to do and waiting for some other person who was suppose to be upfront with them to give direction, but never appeared, to then send me to customer service where the guy there was just as confused. Another staff member interrupted him while he was trying to help me, then I finally said, look are you looking for the competitor's website as I have it open right here on my phone. He said yes, then asked me for my receipt to return the item. I said I'm trying to BUY the item not return it. BTW I had the competitors receipt in hand with the sku, description and price and the their website open the entire time, and yes I would've purchased it with the competitor but they had none in stock.

Rip off. Went in to look at a door. Got a price of$2700. Had home depot come out to quote me installation. Got quoted $7400 for installation including door. Asked them what makes their installation $4700 on top of the door. They told me they had qualified installed, and was selling me a better door. Even though I went to look at the door I wanted at the store. Went somewhere else, got the door and installation quoted for $3400.

Self checkout is super friendly and honest. I foolishly left $60 behind, and when I returned was surprised to see they had it in a safe place for me.

International Women's Day and I get treated like some dumb housewife. Trying to get a number of things and the (male) sales person keeps following me around different aisles trying to help me after I (repeatedly) told him I didn't need help. When I go to get a length of chain he hurries to my side and asks me what I need. Again, said I didn't need his help. He then proceeds to take the chain from me and asks how much I need. I say I need at least 11 links and an odd number to hang straight. Then he counts out 14 links (closest to a foot) and tells me 14 is an odd number! I tell him to forget it, I'm just going to get a box of chains so I can just cut it at home and he stands there watching me like I'm either about to fall into a pile of lace and distress or steal something. I get so fed up I grab my stuff and head for the tills. Good grief!
