Thank you to the awesome staff and manger at tamarack home depot!!! My son had an amazing 4th bday!! Thank you to adding to his special day!!! This is why we always shop Home Depot staff are so friendly!!! if I new how to add a photo with all the kids in their Home Depot aprons I would post a picture!!! They all loved them!!! And the tool boxs were such a huge hit!!! Thanks again to our local tamarack Home Depot!!!

I've gone to this 3-4 times a month while reno-ing my house. The service I got depended on the department I was in. One guy helped me find a furnace filter quickly, while another guy walked around in circles ignoring me for 10mins in the laminate flooring department until I finally stopped him to ask where something was. This is the second time I've been annoyed by this useless turd. While he was doing his best not to help me, another irritated customer approached him to ask him if he found an item for him as well. Useless turd replied "nope" and walked away. I gave up and just ordered what I wanted online. The paint department was great, the guys there were very helpful, the tellers were great too.

So far, I've yet to have a bad experience. I recently walked in, asked the greeter about where to find mouse traps. In and out within 5 minutes, thank you! Another time, I was looking to buy house numbers and a staff member was knowledgeable about providing information on ordering a custom sign.

A busy store, and it some times can be difficult to find an employee. However the staff,when you find one, have always been very helpful, offering great suggestions and advice.

So i find Michael (the main plumbing guy on duty) to help me find a shower part item, but he was busy with a few other customers, so he gets another employee to help me. The "employee" tried looking for it, to no avail. He just told me he couldn't find it, then he literally walks away! Before he could get away, I had to ask if he could look it up in their system, or to fetch Michael again. He said he would, and I waited (10 min.) there in the aisle thinking he would get Michael Guess what, I walk 3 aisles down to FIND Michael without a single clue that this "employee" was looking for him. I was fuming internally!

So Michael tried helping me by calling a nearby store to see if they had any in stock, but couldn't get anyone on the phone. So we head back to the plumbing/shower aisle and along the way I see that "employee" somewhere else doing something else!!

Out of stock or stock stored out doors and not priced. Very few staff to help and even if you find 3 they ignore you. Complaints to H.O. lead you to inept managers that don't know how to correct their problems. To busy with team building to help.

Nate in Bath needs a lot of attitude adjustment and could use help with some training, or he would keep driving your customers to Lowes where the service is way better. Thanks!

Typically well stocked and staff are friendly. Can be hard to find a staff member sometimes. Best clearance for any location in Edmonton I have been to.

Went in for a plumbing issue.
A young man who happened to be a third year plumbing apprentice showed us exactly what we needed and how to install it ourselves. Nothing like having a pro to give you some advice.
Also had a door problem .... We were eagerly and knowledgeably assisted by the assistant general manager Shel.
In and out in 15 fifteen minutes and had fun doing it.. great job guys!
