Some staff bark but don't bite. Usually a great selection but help is vacant.

I was very disappointed today to discover that this Home Depot doesn't allow dogs in the store, especially after I went to the effort to call ahead to confirm that they were allowed. The employee who told me I couldn't have my dog there was polite enough about it, but this will definitely affect my decision to shop there in the future. Dogs are banned from the majority of businesses and then people are shocked when they don't know how to behave well in public. There's no reason that the store can't allow well-behaved dogs and request the removal of dogs who are not. My puppy was well-behaved and I was in full control of her while I taught her to walk politely up and down aisles. Unfortunately, I'll be shopping at other hardware stores that allow dogs in the future.

Honestly, some of the dumbest employees possible work here. They usually have what you want when other stores won't, but I don't think it's worth it. This is a great place to get frustrated. There's a home hardware 20 min away, very much worth the drive.

A review of Home Depot Decorating. I was very pleased regarding the warranty of the blinds. After 3 years, a cordless honeycomb blind stopped working. I called the home depot decorating line and they gave me some tips on how to try and fix it myself; it failed. Called again, and they set up a free shipment of the blinds to my home and I received it within 1 week. Overall great service!

This is my favourite Home Depot in the city. The service is exemplary: today, I went in to replace a top flush valve from my toilet. I was assisted by a fantastic staff member (Guy) who went to no ends to help. In the end, I couldn't fix my valve because the parts weren't available, but I can't express enough how helpful Guy was. I will keep going here because of the incredible service that I have received!

This is one of my favorite hardware stores in Edmonton. The guy in the electrical department is very knowledgeable and pleasant. Overall very satisfied with their service and prices.

Terribly understaffed. One person per three departments? Seriously? Waited for over thirty minutes to get an item. Staff is friendly when present though.

Just one person can make the store perfect!
Today I was looking for a specific wire to use on my prototyping and Peter kindly saved me. He spend 15 minutes searching and thinking and exploring different ways to finally solve my problem.
He is the reason I will definitely come back to that store and I really appreciate his effort and store managers also should appreciate what Peter and people like him doing for their business, one person like Peter can make the store Perfect!!

Good store, nothing wrong except staff is hard to find sometimes after 7pm
