The Home Depot

What you'd expect from a Home Depot. Clean, large, organized and well-stocked. Reasonable prices with some good sales. Like all warehouse stores, service can sometimes be a bit hard to find, and quality depends on the person you find: varies from just-ok to excellent. No different from any other. Not a fan of the self checkouts, but there's usually a staff member available. Customer service is quick and painless for returns or exchanges in my experience.

I live out of town so I will use their website to see if they have certain items. If I come in after making sure they have the item, it's either impossible to get anyone to find the item or even help look for the item. It's pointless using this store when it's frustrating that they never carry what they advertise they have, and it's always the same story "we are a smaller Home Depot so we don't have what the big stores have" but the website Said your location did indeed have it.. so either it didn't get the memo or you're too lazy to look.

Went into store on a Thursday to order 2 windows. "Sorry the window dude is on lunch" (at 4 PM) .
Returned next day to order the windows, (again 4 PM) place is deserted, had to search the store to find someone who could page the window dude. After waiting 20 Minutes gave up, Lowes is not very far away. Because of the lack of service Home Depot won't see me anymore.

Helpful staff but their stock is usually no good. Lots of common items missing and quality of some of the flooring and lumber my family has bought here has been pretty bad as well.

The store is constantly short of stock, especially electrical stock. Being a former contractor, it was horrible to see that there was no 1/2" conduit in stock. I would recommend having your staff check stock on a regular basis to ensure the most common stock does not run low or not be available when people are shopping for it.

Terrible!
Staff are too busy visiting to assist, found most department specific staff making me feel like I was holding them up. The cashiers are very nice but too bad impressions were already set.
Management needs to be replaced.
I had to go to a location away from my hometown to get quality service from staff that cared.
Shame on you!

Wouldn't accept my newly earned Monopoly money. Tisk tisk!!
