Great store for renos. staff are very helpful.

Good selection and prices are OK, but not great. They definitely have the size advantage over every other hardware store in town (Rona is probably the next largest and better for building supplies IMO). Service isn't bad, but their staff tends not to be very knowledgeable so make sure you have a good idea of what you're after because they probably won't be a whole lot of help.

Nikki and I just bought a new Samsung washer and dryer. George, the sales associate was very good to us and very knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had and was very patience with us and there was no pressure or obligation. He also helped us on what we'll need and what to expect when they delivery it to our house. Thanks George!

Always good, though the pricing send to be a bit in the high side generally. Great staff. I often need to get wood cut in the store and they're always happy to do it.
