The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Crowfoot

I made reservations and still had to wait 15min. When we arrived at our table it was dirty, parmesan cheese and crumbs. The escargot are not made traditionally with baked cheese on top, almost had a curry Ginger flavor. The rest of the meal was good. The waitress Alexis is fabulous very friendly knowledgeable and gives you your space. THE MUSIC HAS GOT TO GO! NOT A DANCE CLUB

Last time I will ever go to Keg. Their food is below par because they are too busy all the time. Nothing ever comes out right. Terrible management there also.

Customer service can take away all the stress of a day. That’s what happens for us at this Keg. It starts with strong leadership - management is present, attentive, and part of the team. (Restaurant and bar.) Wait staff are friendly, thoughtful, even creative. One of us has a gluten allergy (yes, an actual allergy) and this team takes it seriously and graciously. We feel safe, cared for, and we always have fun. We’ve celebrated birthdays and anniversaries and always feel special. Thanks Keg Crowfoot!!

We waited 1hr 10mins for our table with 2 young kids. We weren't upset about it. It was beyond their control anyways but we were very hungry. The manager came to our table, very apologetic and offered us a couple appetizer. She already had me at "I'm sorry." Our steaks were pretty good but were lukewarm and fries were cold. Nonetheless, we had a very nice experience. Appetizers and server was very good.

Good service and good food. Did not get a 5 star as we were seated by the fireplace and it was on full blast. Our children were overheating and we had to strip them down. We had mentioned it to a server who said they would adjust it but it never was cool enough to be comfortable. We really appreciated the fact that when I told them I have celiac that the manager came out to verify my order to ensure it would all be safe and then oversaw my meal being prepared before bringing it out to me. That level of care is really appreciated. We also appreciated the plate of vegetables and dip that was brought out for the kids while waiting for our meals which kept them occupied.

Lovely modern location with great staff and a classy feel. Wonderful food as well. It is however quite loud and often has a long wait time

This keg is my favorite place to go for a date with my wife. The service is good, the people there are great. The food is and always has been good. It is not expensive for the purpose of a date. But we usually spend 100 and feel it was worth it. That includes a top end meal with a bottle of wine for two.
The meat is always done properly and is quality.

Great steaks and appetizers! Love coming here for a date night but come after 7pm yo avoid the kids and to have a quieter experience. Service is very good too.

Great service despite being there on a very busy night. No issue with the reservation, was seated on time - food was all delicious and steak cooked correctly. Clean, good atmosphere, friendly staff - happy to have this location in the NW, will definitely be back.
