A Food Truck catering with BBQ Cowboy Food!
Our Professional Cook has been catering to thousands of people for over 20 years. The food is scrumptious and locally sourced.
ALL our meals are Gluten Friendly! Many people have Celiac or Gluten Intolerance and when they attend these Fairs there are no options for them. We have created a tasty menu that is completely safe for them. Of course, there are regular buns for everyone else.
All our food is sourced within 100 Miles of Central Alberta. We are true believers in supporting local businesses.
The Lariat Grill also caters to little Cowpokes with our “Lit’l Gaffer Meal”. It contains a Baby Burger, Cookies and a Juice Box.
We are joining our two favorite things – People & Food! We are available for a variety of catering events including:
