UPDATE TO OUR RESIDENTS: complimentary pizza and bottled water is available to Mayfair residents in the main floor lobby amentiy area. Meanwhile, a member of our resident care team has briefly left the property to obtain additional generator fuel.
We appreciate the patience and understanding of our residents during today's power outage resulting from the water main break on 108th Street.

We have been informed by EPCOR that a water main break occurred this morning near 108th Street and Jasper Avenue. Two of the three ProCura owned and operated buildings near 108th street and Jasper Avenue have been affected.
EPCOR has informed ProCura's property management team that power service has been suspended for the Intact Insurance Building and The Mayfair on Jasper. Power service will be restored by noon on Thursday, August 2nd as EPCOR crews work to rectify the water... main break. EPCOR has also suspended water service to the Intact Insurance Building and The Mayfair on Jasper and will restore service as soon as possible. Power and water service to WSP Place has not been affected at this time.
