We just got the new 481 2018 it was amazingggg the new features are nice compared to my old maxx tub it has better cup holders the outside lighting shows us it always working. I'd like to thank Kyle and Cole from spa spot for making the buying process easy with no stress and getting it installed with the same efficiency and stress free experience. I LOVE MY HOT TUB

After 3 years of use, we ended up getting a small hole in the bottom. I contacted The Spa Spot, and they looked at it immediately. It ended up being a manufacturing defect (the service guy hadn't seen it before) so he told me they would either be fixing it or replacing the whole tub for us. They ended up replacing the tub with an identical one! Thanks Spa Spot and the staff for your hard work and speedy service!

I recently purchased a MAXX hot tub and gazebo from Colton at the Spa Spot, he was very honest and knowledgeable about all their products. Colton was prompt with the installation and set up, he showed me how to use all the chemicals and came back several times when i needed help with the hot tub. I would highly recommend him and the Spa Spot to anyone, he was excellent to deal with.

Cole was very fun and attentive when we came in broswing for a hot tub. With his knowledge and assistance we were able to find the tub that fit out needs. After delivery service continues to be great. Thanks.😉

Great customer service! Cole was always available and very helpful. We had issues with our electrical box and cole came out twice and helped make sure everything was up and running, even though our issue had nothing to do with the hot tub! Friendly service makes all the difference. Thanks so much!

Very friendly and knowledgeable service. All of the guys were a pleasure to deal with and would recommend The Spa Spot as the place to go. The install was very efficient, they arrived on time and it was completed a lot sooner than I expected. Cole went through all the workings of the tub but let me know that if needed for anything at all he would be on the end of the phone to help. A genuinely good experience all round, thanks guys.
