Hi there I am happy with Tim's but I think they could pic up the pace for the walk in customers that's all 🍩🍮🤠

cold food, missing items and a serious lack of customer service! Going through the drive thru with 2 combo's and they still screw up 1!! how hard is it? 2 sandwich, 2 taters 2 drinks... what the hell is so hard about that? Especially when this is your JOB!!!

Usually, things were good here. Valerie was why it was so good! 3/5 times I've been here last, my order has been wrong. They are quick to rectify because it's drive thru but still inconvenient for not just me but their drive thru time as well and really, that's what it's all about. Then they treat me like it's my fault they got it wrong. In the end, my coffee is good. Step it up Tim's staff.

Good for a quick bite to dine in or take out. Fresh coffee, donuts, pastries and croissants.

It is a calm place walking distance to the lake. Spacious, clean with friendly customer service

We go often but lately have chosen to go across the street to the gas station drive through. The double line definitely doesn't make it quicker. 7/10 times our order is incorrect.
Good product though ... no denying it.

Always quick. Never had any wrong orders yet. Management Valerie is awesome. My wife was craving peanut butter cookies and she said call before and she will get them made for my wife. That's best customer service for you.

I order the same steeped tea triple triple every single day. They are so bad with stirring it that 9/10 times it's not stirred at all. I have tried asking them "stirred well please" they acknowledge it but still pass you unstirred orders all the time. Infact I started writing this review because I am dealing with an unstirred cup of tea. I have gone back a few times to be like this isn't stirred, they handed me a flimsy stir stick and staff gives you attitude like you are making their lives harder by simply asking for what you paid for. It's happens throughout different Tims very frequently I just happen to go to this one a lot as it's my only real option in Chestermere. I really hope Tim Hortons can take the initiative to get staff to do their jobs.

Least consistent coffee of any Tim's that I frequent. Always trying to add on items. Often ask you for your payment method at time of order rather than just taking the requisite payment at the drive thru window as is standard. Always want to tap your card for you even though this is not at all a best practice and is frowned upon by the payment card industry. Why? My wife literally was handed the machine with the last persons card sitting on top.

Slow drive thru service and got the wrong order. Repeated my order at least 4 times not happy. Only reason I would go back is its a timmies. Can't always be this bad here
