Steak and cheese panini always good for a snack.

The last time I was at this location (today) and yes it was the LAST time ill be at this location. I walked in and patiently waited at the order counter. It appeared that 3 of them were open. While the employees were busy behind the counter filling orders for the drive through, wiping down work stations etc. I watched the clock and waited over three but less than four minutes before 2 more customers came through the door and were attended to immediately by the supervisor. Im 6'2, 200 lbs and by some kind of miracle at this location I became INVISIBLE ! Yet after I left without ordering anything I used a cross walk and the cars stopped for me while I crossed and continued on after I made it accross the road. INVISIBLE ! Damn....who'd a thought.

Ive passed through Leduc a few times and this is by far the most disorganized Tim Horton I've been to. Drive through line was horrendous so we went Inside and ordered. Waited 10 minutes for our food, and in the end the order was completely wrong. They didn't understand when I went back up and asked for it to be corrected. They just kept repeating what they thought I had ordered.

My drink tasted like condensation from hot summer garbage (ice coffee), like warm brown water. Waited over 5 minutes for our ice Capp, got asked why I was still waiting and when I told them the cashier took 5 more minutes to print receipt to prove to me she didn't type it in. She wouldn't make me one... Fine. I asked to exchange the hot garbage drink, and got the best look of disdain like I was wasting her time. The manager was pleasent though, but it shouldn't have gotten to that point. No napkins for to go order. And chicken salad sandwich tased like cotton balls. Don't stop here on your way out of town.... Waste of time and money.

This location is usally busy and you can tell employees get overwhelmed because orders are incorrect a lot. 2 other tim Hortons are 5 minuts away and worth driving too (less time than sitting in the line up here for half asst coffee 😉)

Made my regular ice capp with milk. Donut icing sticks to the bags they give out. Can't believe this is still a problem.

Just went threw your drive thru, and ordered Chilli & a Bagel with butter.

I got a hard flat in buttered bagel.. not even cut, and thrown in the bag.

Who the hell does that

Usually good food, drinks and service. Sadly this last time my Timbits tasted like birthday cake....including the candles. And they had sad smoothies.

Only one till open inside and everyone else on duty seems to be only concerned about the drive through... lots of standing around. Employees and customers.
