downtown tims is awesome bathrooms clean and lot of pressure on water in the sink. however thickwood branch should have fix their water tap no water pressure hardly no water at all

The manager is RUDE. I got terminated pretty much becuz of being so friendly, as I told Katrina(the manager) Sorry but I can’t be rude like her. When your an employee & the manager points her finger in ur face as she is talking to you like really how rude is that for a manager, in saying that Chris(the owner) seems to be nice. As they say when one door closes another one opens in which I believe as I have a much better job & someone who will appreciate my work & friendliness

No different than any other Tim's. Slow as heck, 3rd person in line and I wanted 17 minutes. Pretty much the same as most. They had 19 staff working but yet their slower than cold molasses on a cold winters night.
