Disorganized chaos most of the time. Getting a decent coffee is hit and miss. Long wait times.

Enjoyed the new espresso ice cap and truly loved it. The crullers are always soft and delicious. Lines can be long, but the service is nice and quick. Tables could be cleaned more often and staff could be friendlier, but otherwise, a decent place to grab a soup and sandwich.

Open at 4 AM when I needed a coffee so that was good. Consistent with the chain. They were out of what I wanted as well as my second choice so don't expect a full selection in off hours.

Refuse to go to this one. Long lines and wrong orders in the drive thru.

Too long line up!..heck with the drive thru!..just need my Steep Tea!..😉.clean, friendly & quick service!

I love Tim Hortons but, this location is always so slow in the drive through! Nobody has 20 minutes plus all the time to sit.

Worst food there ever. Can't seem to make any of the wraps right or use the right sauces and what not. Have to say this is the worst tims in the hat.

Counted 9 staff working, drive thru wasn't busy and yet I waited 5min with no service. Walked away.

Picked up breakfast sandwiches, muffins n coffee. Not one napkin in either bag and no butter or knives for the muffins! Not the first time this has happened, seems like every time, and if you forget to ask, you are SOL. When u re one the road it's very frustrating, that should be basic customer service 101. I know they make speed a priority, but maybe they need to re-think the bottom line.
The other frustration I have is those damn boxes they put the wraps in! Grrrrrr. Can never get them open.
And then there is the double line drive through! Don't even get me started on that fiasco. Who ever thought that would be faster?
But of course I am addicted to their cofffee, so I will always come back! Besides complaining here really does nothing because the management never reads this anyway.

Tim Hortons staff at 1:55 am, which was not regular closing time for walk in restaurant food, told me I had to be removed from the restaurant and was told I was allowed to walk through the drive-through. Upon walking through the drive through, I was greeted with a message saying I was not allowed to walk through the drive through. So, I walked up to the window to make my order, which I was told I was allowed to do, and was refused at the window and was upset. I don't think i will be re visiting the Tim Hortons on 13th. Very dissapointed
