Tim Hortons

The food was good as any Tim Hortons, but a rather long wait.

This Tim’s is always busy. Always seems to be a 10+ minute wait when going here, but the coffee is as sub-par as usual.

Ordered chicken noodle soup and got broth and the artisan grilled cheese was plastic cheese not even melted on barely warm bread but the coffee was great

Sorry but for the first time ever.... they say drive thru.... nobody there, not a truckerd friendly location.... the first and only Tim Hortons that failed that bad... truckers stay away!!!!... Not everything is lost... across the road there is a Petro and one block down the road a McDonald's with plenty of space and truckers friendly both

Wow!!! How many mistakes do you need to make when you make ONE cup of coffee!! First, the cashier tries to charge me for an extra large when I ordered a large. Then, she hands me a medium???? The cashier must have needed a coffee more than anyone else.

I asked for it to stay and they packaged it like it was for to go. Then I realized this place doesn't have dishes and that everybody had their food into go containers then I realized how much waste this place must generate packaging every meal to go. I wasn't very impressed with not having a plate for my buns with my chili and the amount of garbage I had to throw out and deal with on my table while I was eating. I'm giving this place the people were nice the store was small and attached to an overcrowded esso convenience store which gave the feel of a really low-budget Timmy's. This place is a desperation Timmy's. For both business and consumer.

Waited in the drive through for 22 mins about par for this place. By far the worst one in town. Most of the time it's faster to drive down town to get a coffee and a bagel.

5 stars because I love there coffee, also a great selection of cold drinks as well as snack, wraps and sandwiches

The north end store has some very friendly workers and the service at times could be better they need more workers working the front tills ..

Slowest Tim Hortons Ive ever heard of. THREE people in line up, three people working the counter and STILL I had to stand there for almost 15 minutes waiting for a coffee. Staff seems completely out to lunch, and Ive never seen people move so slow.

Blueberry Bagle Toasted with Strawberry Creamcheese! It was amazing! I will definitely go again.

The older woman taking my order this morning seemed to have a particular lack of customer service experience, and/or apparently doesn't understand what a breakfast sandwich on a bagel means. Ended up paying extra for a breakfast wrap and a bagel with nothing on it. Seriously not impressed, being on the outskirts of Grande Prairie breakfast should be of high priority and customers should be able to leave with what they ordered.

They are always out of everything. We have been here many times and they are always out of something we want to order. Soup, iced coffee, donuts, I'm not sure why they have these things on the menu if they are always out of them. I've gone here for lunch and then had to go somewhere else because they are "out of that". And if you're open until 11pm, then you should actually be able to sell your menu until 11pm.

Standing in line up the 3 older cashier lady's where complaining loudly an whinny about another customer an going on an on. I told the lady's if they have a issue wait till there's not a line up an having 6 people listen to you going on. ( nobody cares) Very childish and unprofessional...

The coffee here is usually fresh and tastes good. Drive through service is quick in my experiences.
