Good , fast and get order right

Ordered chicken noodle soup at drive in and staff never said anything then paid and they gave me and wife out sandwich and not the soup. Then parked and went in to get soup and they apologized and said they ran out of the requested soup. Staff refunded and were good about it but if you run out of something your teams need to communicate. Poor execution.

I like it just cuz it's a tims. It's a Canadian icon. Pleasant service when I was hrrr

They argued to me about my order though everyone heard it. Then they were extremely rude and arrogant. They tried to tell me I had to order something I'm allergic to. Worst Tim Hortons ever. Avoid like the plague. I had made this exact same order in other Tim Hortons with no issue.

I think this is the only Tim's I've ever seen in Alberta without a drive-thru, but how hard is it to walk the few steps and get a coffee anyhow. Typical Timmy's but the staff are usually very friendly. Definitely the retired crowd's hangout!
