Tim Hortons

I know we shouldn't expect perfection from tims, but this particular branch really seems to be scraping the bottom of the barrel talent wise. Almost every time I go inside to order there's no one manning (or womanning, as is more common) the till, and when someone finally decides to take my order all I'm greeted with is a mumbled 'hiwhatcanigetyou'. Depending on who is working you may have to repeat your order two or three times because they're busy messing with something that isnt your order and the associated till. At least the coffee is consistant day to day.

Some stores are clean and good service, most ate fully run by (people that can't understand you and give you attitude when you tell them its wrong .. You get slow bad service at the small ones that are in has stations , all of them .. The worst one is the one in the esso by miss acordia hospital by west Edmonton mall , they are rude , say what do you want and stair at you .. Make you feel like you are bugging them and they don't want to serve you . unless you speak there language. They treat the people that pay there pay checks like were dogs .. Oh and the store itself wouldn't let me bring my service dog in . forced me to tie her up out side with 50 teens from school all sitting out front waiting to play with her .. Un believable.

The tim hortons drive through was very quick. A shoutout to courtney for taking my order. Her smile really helped my crappy day. The food is that of tim hortons quality, and the coffee was good as usual. A very good place to go to for a quick donut or a coffee.

This place tonight was full of flys and little fruit flys. There was more of a group of new canadians that were very loud and they took up the large table and four other tables including the chairs around the fireplace and tv. I go to this place many times a week but will never go back with this large group that are very loud.

Meh. It's a Tim's. You pretty much know what you're going to get. Nothing to get excited about.

If I could give them a zero star I would. Why, it is a long story, so I said I hope they close this place and bring in another coffee shop. Here is a hint my old vet is across the street, and they got me grrrr mad cause my pup went in and I wanted a coffee (pick up and go) after so dog in coat little head peeking out and they almost did not want to serve me. So Screw You this Timmy location ONLY. You lost a customer for life. Tell that to your owners.

I HATE TIM HORTONS! every time i order coffee i always get problems! And they always forget to put SUGAR! i now go to STARBUCKS for coffee more clean and tasty!

They made my tea, guy had never seen my phone app to pay before. fast and furious in there. nice place to hang out
