Tim Hortons

Nice place, if you don't mind being at Edmonton's hottest gay pickup location on weekend evenings. The cars are the equivalent of UK dogs - look up "dogging". Does that make the parking lot, a "carring" place? I'm not hip with current homosexual slang.

This location use to be great customer service oriented but recently, within to the last year, staff in the drive thru are talking more amongst themselves than to the customer. You see an arm with your coffee or food and not even a thank you or have a great day. A greeting takes what..... 10 seconds? I get more of a warmer feeling from McDonald's and that is surprising - Step it up Tim's because you're not the only option anymore.

I am a costumer that has been here for years. The service has always been good but... I am very disappointed with one situation that has occurred this past April. I found a fingernail in my Boston Cream donut. I have contacted customer service and the Western district managers/ owners of the Gareway franchise. This issue has NOT BEEN RESOLVED. I have tried to be nice through this whole situation and they have kept blowing me off like nothing happened. I'm not one to complain when something like this has happened, but felt the need to speak up so this situation would not occur again with other costumers. I was supposed to be compensated for this matter but did not receive a simple apology card? What is courtesy and quality control I guess? I am so frustrated and wish something was done. I feel like this is my only way to reach out and tell others to check your food before eating it. One of the worst and most disgusting restaurant experiences in my life. I wish something was done but nothing at all... Todd and Tracy if you are reading this it's time to take some action and restore somewhat of a relationship with a loyal costumer.

The customer service here was terrible. There wasn't a line up, and the lady tried to rush me for my order, and when I politely asked for more time, she scoffed at me. Every couple of seconds she would interrupt me when discussing the order with my girlfriend, and scoff some more. My order/presence was an obvious inconvenience for her. When we ended up getting our food, everything was stale, and old. Definitely not the quality that we've come to know and love. I'll never go back here, and I would never recommend this location to anyone. I'm literally going to drive to a more inconvenient location to avoid this place.

I go here every second day because it's convenient however I truly believe the staff should have to have some customer service skills. I order the same every time large coffee 3 sugar large chocolate milk Pepsi and Tim bits assorted how did that turn to coffee with milk no sugar white milk not chocolate and nothing but cruller pieces?! And letting them know only has them ignorant looking at the customer like I messed up the order avoid this location there is another a few blocks up. Horrible Staff

pretty good place to go, its usually pretty busy though.

Go inside, don't waste your time in the Drive Thru! Every time I go there are at least 10 cars in the Drive Thru while its nearly empty inside. Good service.

Bullshit service .. they dont know how to talk with customer . I ordered my chai tea with one extra bag in that . They didnt put one extra bag in it and when i asked that is that one extra bag she said ya you dont see it . ( that was rude ) and it was still her mistake she did not make the order correct . I said leave it thanks for your service .

2 times now I have gone there for a hot chocolate and donut and have gotten food poisoning. Just before Christmas I went there and was then throwing up the rest of the weekend, and I hadn't thrown up for years. And today it happened again.. I go to Tim Hortons all the time and this is the only location I have ever had an issues with.
