Hey Guys! With the temperature dropping at night, I had my first service call today on a non-freeze hosebib (garden hose faucet) due to the low overnight temperatures. It’s getting to the point that you’ll all want to disconnect any hoses so the hydrants don’t hold water, which can freeze and crack your fitting, causing a flood in your basement. If by chance you forget, don’t hesitate to call us!

With Spring upon us, the change of seasons is a small reminder for me to do some routine maintenance around the house. I will be changing my furnace filter and confirming my sump pump is ready to go by verifying the float works. I encourage all of you to do the same. Have a great day!

Came home from work on a Friday night to find out our hot water tank was leaking and we had no hot water. We found Todd's company by doing some research and noticed he had really good reviews. I decided to give him a call early the next morning and he came out within an hour, checked it out and had it replaced by 2pm same day!
