Our service from Jocelyn was great. Our food for the 4 of us came, tasted good and everything was very satisfactory. We would go again.

My husband and I went last night and it was absolutely amazing! We shared an Onion Loaf as a starter and then I had the Chicken Spinach Stack and he had the Southern Chicken. OMG!! So freakin' good!! Delicious and great service!

My dad and I enjoyed our meals and our server was fantastic. We had an enjoyable afternoon and we will surely be back.

When I come to city..

Even tho it was really busy tonight it felt like we were our waitresses only table will definitely be back the food was perfectly cooked

Before I went to see the movie "IT", at Cineplex, I stopped for a late supper here. I had the Potato Bacon soup (it was incredibly delicious), with salt and pepper wings, along a couple of Keith's, and I have absolutely no complaints about my experience and/or the food �

The wait for the table was 1 hour after being told 30 min. Once seated it took 45 minutes to recieve our food.

Service at st Albert trail is horrible. And staff not the great working.

It's been about 6 years since eating here. Ribs were decent, but the presentation left something to be desired.

first time eating and more than likely my last. waited 40 mins for lunch and then when we did receive it... cold! it was quiet so no excuse really. then hubby had a coors light which was seriously off! so cloudy,i couldn't understand why someone would even serve it. when we did get our food it was good but the whole experience was very disappointing.

We have eaten at this location many time over the years and have always had great SERVICE!! BUT.. The last two times the food that has come out of that kitchen makes me not want to trust the cooks.. Our first one was on Valentine's Day 2018, keep in mind we were there early so it was NOT busy. It started great beside the food that was delivered was not ours when we did get our food my hubbys burger was raw! We told our waitress which she apologized asked if we wanted a new one, we said yes but to go,just cause he didn't feel like eating after that.. Later the manager came over to the table and and said she was going to pay for our food we just had to pay for the drinks.. Excellent jester for the manager that night for making a bad experience better.. Now figured we would dinner and a movie us girls on the 10th of march so here we stopped again.. Well we ordered an appetizer to share between us so we did the potato skins.. I asked for NO BACON because one of us does not eat pork! The waitress said no problem! So we got the plate and we were all eating and then my daughter said ummm mom there's BACON on this! My friends face imminently was unhappy because she is of Muslim faith and does not eat pork, my heart just sank... I called the waitress over and told her and showed her the issue and explained the reason why we asked without BACON and even said that's pretty scary that if it was an allergy reason it could have been alot more serious incident.. A couple minutes later the manager came over and looked at the BACON that was on the one piece we had left.. It was all along the side and all under it as well(almost like they had just scrapped it off). He said sorry about that we won't charge you for them and asked if they could get us anything thing to substitute for it like some sweet potato fries or something!?!? I just didn't even know what to say over his lack of compassion of his kitchen putting out this and then insult us by offering us fries!?!?! It wasnt really busy maybe 4 tables on our side including us. Then we had another tables food brought to our table, we had to ask for cutlery, drink refills, bbq sauce really when you go to a restaurant that I can't serve myself, staff should not be allowed to play on their phones and pay more attention to their tables... I hope who ever is running this place really takes a look at what is going on because one day someone may get really sick from undercooked food, allergies or a religious belief being broken by the lack of common sense the kitchen staff has in your establishment...

Was seriously disappointed in our meal at this location. It was early Saturday afternoon and not busy. I ordered a burger and hubby had steak. It took a really long time to get our meal. My burger was overcooked and dry as anything. Hubby's steak was cooked as ordered but very bland.

Our server, Nena, was a hero! She made the situation as right as it could be.

I also noted a disturbing lack of cleanliness around our booth. For instance there was food splatter on the wall that looked like it had been there for quite a while.

I have eaten at one other Tony Roma location and the food there was ok. This time around it was horrible!

If I could award zero stars I would!

I ignored it and ordered my steak and potatoes. My food was the last to come out of the 9 people at our table. My steak was very thin and small. I cut a huge piece and devoured it while realizing it was SPOILED! Tasted very sour and rotten. They did offer to take it off my bill and also let me know that it was the last steak left of the night , but I was still not happy. I am pregnant and hoping I don't come down with any sort of bacterial infection any time soon from the spoiled meat! Very unhappy and very unlikely to visit any other Tony Romas ever!
