We’ve gone a few times, great environment, good bang for your buck, and the two lovely ladies who worked on our feet were very friendly.

My daugters an I just returned from having a theraputic massage at the north location - the best we've had. Very friendly, informative as they gave suggestions and the best massage. When in Red Deer, a must place to visit hands down!!

Just had a steam and massage after receiving a gift card.... the atmosphere was soothing, the staff were incredible and the masseuse melted me! A very pleaswnt and relaxing afternoon!

I loved the steam and the option to choose your essential oils was great to me. I love my oils. My husband was way too hot so he didn't enjoy that part

What I don't like about the spa is that there is no real spa atmosphere. If you are there for multiple services it would be nice to have a locker room to put your things instead of carrying your laundry around with you.. putting your dirty laundry on the chairs or couch in the "lounge" is awkward for other guests.

A bathroom with even a few essentials (like a hair brush!!! Lotions...anything) there were crappy hair dryers but didn't have a brush to comb my hair out after the steam. Went on to my other services looking awful. Everything smelled like a janitors closet. It would be nice if even the hand soaps smelled good!



I'd go back for 1 service at a time just simply because the girls were great but the whole package deal needs improvement if you're called a "spa"

I want to thanks Ms. Mikayla for the best massage ,ever in my life ! I had been getting massage therapist in many places in my life but today I got the best of the best in my life ! If you want the best spa- for your massage - attention - feel like a queen this it the spa to go - thank you also the ladies at the front desks- thank you also to have the place so amazing - relax and clean ! I wish I win the 649 and I can go at least 3 times a week or more ! I love it .

I loved it! ♡ The steam bath was extremely relaxing for me, as was the massage. The ladies who work there are very sweet and understanding, and it made the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who's in need of a good massage. I know that I'm definitely going to be booking another appointment there soon. :)

I had the urban longevity facial by Stephanie and it was absolutely wonderful!!! My skin felt so hydrated and soft. I strongly recommend this facial, especially done by Stephanie!

I can't say enough about there truly Commitment about woman's well being.

Not only about having a good Spa day.Also coming up with so many new In Future not have to have Facelift precuders. Love and Love it ..I am a Totally In �

I booked an appointment for myself and my wife a massage and steam as her birthday present. I can't say enough how great the experience was. First off, the facilities were high class, up to date I almost felt like I shouldn't be in here because it looked really fancy (and I mean that as a compliment). Secondly and more importantly the staff was fantastic. They were very engaging with us, were very helpful with any questions that we had and treated us like friends and not just another customer. Thank you to everyone again for making our experience wonderful, but more importantly thank you for making my wife's birthday present a great choice.

Had a girls weekend with this as a highlight event and it was more than worth it! The staff are fantastic and welcoming. The steam bath was awesome and the massage after left us a little happy boneless bodies! Would definitely recommend and the prices are very reasonable a Big Bang for your buck!

Great staff! Clean, relaxing environment! I got the micro needling done and it was great experience. All my questions were answered and felt very comfortable who was doing it. Brookelynn was amazing and certified aesthetician! Hope they do another deal on this procedure for next month!

Got a cut and color with Amanda at the south location! She was absolutely wonderful- she did an incredible job. I look and feel amazing!!! Thank you... I'll definetly be back!!! :) PS the massaging chairs at the hair wash station are fab!!! What a luxury!!

Amanda is such an amazing stylist and person! I am new to Red Deer and hadn't yet found a stylist I liked and I had her recommended to me and I will definitely be a repeat client of hers! She did the most amazing cut and colour on my hair today. Not only does my hair look beautiful but her bubbly personality made it such a fun time. Looking forward to coming back to see what other magic she can work on my hair. �

All I wanted to do was breathe better, get my senses of taste and smell back. All 3 have started to happen plus i never expected to be offered tea and place to sit, relax after the steam bath. Employees were cuties, lol and friendly and professional. I'll be back. God bless y'all for helping put wellness into people's lives.

(South End) Wow, I walked in totally totally over stressed, anxiety was through the roof from the past months and I couldn't have picked a better day to let it ALL go. Absolutely LOVED the services that I booked for myself!! Walked out 6.5 hours later and was SO SO relaxed and absolutely felt amazing. I won't go anywhere else but here! Thank you so freaking much for everything!���

When my sister-in-law and I showed up for our pedicure appointments we were asked to pay prior to our service. We were not impressed that we were charged an additional $15 each to remove old polish... the appointments were booked a week in advance and I was never informed that there was an additional charge nor does your website or brochure say anything about a fee for removing polish. (If we would have known about the charge we would have removed it ourselves).

We have never been charged for removal for any other pedicure we have had.



The two aestheticians we had for our pedicures were both great but we were unhappy about not being informed about the charge.

Went on to my other services looking awful. Everything smelled like a janitors closet. It would be nice if even the hand soaps smelled good!



I'd go back for 1 service at a time just simply because the girls were great but the whole package deal needs improvement if you're called a "spa"

I want to thanks Ms. Mikayla for the best massage ,ever in my life ! I had been getting massage therapist in many places in my life but today I got the best of the best in my life ! If you want the best spa- for your massage - attention - feel like a queen this it the spa to go - thank you also the ladies at the front desks- thank you also to have the place so amazing - relax and clean ! I wish I win the 649 and I can go at least 3 times a week or more ! I love it .

I loved it! ♡ The steam bath was extremely relaxing for me, as was the massage. The ladies who work there are very sweet and understanding, and it made the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who's in need of a good massage. I know that I'm definitely going to be booking another appointment there soon. :)

I had the urban longevity facial by Stephanie and it was absolutely wonderful!!! My skin felt so hydrated and soft. I strongly recommend this facial, especially done by Stephanie!

I booked an appointment for myself and my wife a massage and steam as her birthday present. I can't say enough how great the experience was. First off, the facilities were high class, up to date I almost felt like I shouldn't be in here because it looked really fancy (and I mean that as a compliment). Secondly and more importantly the staff was fantastic. They were very engaging with us, were very helpful with any questions that we had and treated us like friends and not just another customer. Thank you to everyone again for making our experience wonderful, but more importantly thank you for making my wife's birthday present a great choice.

Had a girls weekend with this as a highlight event and it was more than worth it! The staff are fantastic and welcoming. The steam bath was awesome and the massage after left us a little happy boneless bodies! Would definitely recommend and the prices are very reasonable a Big Bang for your buck!

Great staff! Clean, relaxing environment! I got the micro needling done and it was great experience. All my questions were answered and felt very comfortable who was doing it. Brookelynn was amazing and certified aesthetician! Hope they do another deal on this procedure for next month!

Got a cut and color with Amanda at the south location! She was absolutely wonderful- she did an incredible job. I look and feel amazing!!! Thank you... I'll definetly be back!!! :) PS the massaging chairs at the hair wash station are fab!!! What a luxury!!

I enjoy every service I get at both locations. Recently had an awesome pedicure by Tristie and manicure by Brittany. Very impressed!!!

Amanda is such an amazing stylist and person! I am new to Red Deer and hadn't yet found a stylist I liked and I had her recommended to me and I will definitely be a repeat client of hers! She did the most amazing cut and colour on my hair today. Not only does my hair look beautiful but her bubbly personality made it such a fun time. Looking forward to coming back to see what other magic she can work on my hair. �

All I wanted to do was breathe better, get my senses of taste and smell back. All 3 have started to happen plus i never expected to be offered tea and place to sit, relax after the steam bath. Employees were cuties, lol and friendly and professional. I'll be back. God bless y'all for helping put wellness into people's lives.

(South End) Wow, I walked in totally totally over stressed, anxiety was through the roof from the past months and I couldn't have picked a better day to let it ALL go. Absolutely LOVED the services that I booked for myself!! Walked out 6.5 hours later and was SO SO relaxed and absolutely felt amazing. I won't go anywhere else but here! Thank you so freaking much for everything!���

When my sister-in-law and I showed up for our pedicure appointments we were asked to pay prior to our service. We were not impressed that we were charged an additional $15 each to remove old polish... the appointments were booked a week in advance and I was never informed that there was an additional charge nor does your website or brochure say anything about a fee for removing polish. (If we would have known about the charge we would have removed it ourselves).

We have never been charged for removal for any other pedicure we have had.



The two aestheticians we had for our pedicures were both great but we were unhappy about not being informed about the charge.
