One of the best parts of this location is the music. Refreshing is not having to listen to the irrating traditional "Spa Music".

Ok I had a massage from Sheri. She was amazing! I have some extremely large back issues. She fixed things that many others have tried to fix and did not quite get. She far surpassed all expectations of mine. I will be going back for sure!

Just had my hair done by the lovely Amanda and I can't say enough about her and the staff on the south end. Amanda has done my daughters and my hair since she started there and I'm so glad we found her. She's amazing with color and cut! It's my superstar day every time I walk out all fresh and amazing! The staff at the front are always welcoming and so warm. Some places I've been into they can be pretentious and cold. I come from the gym (yep sweaty) and they still treat me wonderfully and are always kind. For your next hair apt ask for Amanda!! She won't dissapoint.

Just had a cut and balayage with Courtney and I can honestly say I haven’t felt this gorgeous in so long! She was so amazing and my hair is so pretty I can’t believe it’s on my head! My wedding is in three weeks and I’m so ready thanks to her!

I’ve been going to Amanda at the south location for a little over a year now and I LOVE her! My mom is visiting from California and hasn’t been happy with her hair for a long time so I surprised her with a trip to see Amanda for a cut. Amanda exceeded all expectations! My mom said it’s the best haircut she’s had in years! I haven’t seen my mom with this much confidence in ages. She’s so happy! Amanda really took the time to make my mom feel great. We will be booking another cut and a color with Amanda next time my mom visits! � thanks again!

I went in today on a off chance I could get in.....I was lucky enough to get in for a last minute 30min massage and a steam.... over all my experience was perfect.nice and relaxing.....staff was friendly and welcoming.I enjoyed it very much and will return for sure...

I showed her a couple of pictures (all slightly different) and told her I trusted her lol. I am so happy with the end result, I received exactly what I was looking for: an amazing cut, friendly face and comfortable surroundings. I only moved here 7 months ago and have already been to Totally Refreshed 4 times for 4 different services. It's such an amazing spa and salon. I got my hair done by Ayrianna and I absolutely love it! The color is so unique and beautiful, and the customer service was even better! I've been looking for a hair stylist since I got here, and I've definitely found one now.

I just had a massage yesterday from Sheri at the spa. Best massage ever!!!! I actually feel like she made progress on some chronic issues I have been having. It was definitely not a relaxation massage but it was just what I needed. I have been going to Totally Refreshed for years now and have never had a bad experience or a bad massage. Love Totally Refreshed and thank you so much Sheri!!!!!

I had waxing services and a lash tint with Crystal at the south location on Monday .. and all I can say is wow! Super friendly, professional, and meticulous in her work .. I'm blown away and will definitely be coming back!

I almost never right a review but I just spent 3 hours here today and loved every minute, staff was great!

Maria gave me a massage and I've had a bad lower back/ sciatic nerve issues since having kids and it was the best my back has felt in a very long time! (I usually go every few weeks for a massage. And no one has ever made me walk out that relaxed)And my facial was great to! The scalp massage during it, put me right to sleep! My husband and I always come back here. I recommend it for sure!

Had an amazing facial with Brookelynn. She was very professional, took the time to understand my skin needs, and recommended products for me to use at home. I walked out with (literally) glowing skin and confidence that the products I was walking out the door with were ideal for my skin type. Will definitely be back!

Had a couples massage today and it was amazing. For about $180 we got a 45 minute steam bath and our pick of oils and a hour massage it was well worth the money and very nice and friends as well as clean place. We will definitely be returning and recommend to anyone! Great place and experience! Also they listen very well to what you want and make sure they arnt putting to much pressure or hurting you! Very happy!!

Both myself and my son tend to be quite picky about how his hair is done. After a few failed attempts at other places, we saw Amanda whom came highly recommended by a friend. Ohh he looked amazing for first day of school!

Appointment with Danielle- I went in and said she could pick colour and freshen up my cut - and I love it.

Just book the appointment and let her do her thang �. Awesome

We had a couple's massage and it was the best massage we have ever had. Truly a beautiful spa and a very professionally run business

Yesterday, I got my hair cut and colored and was very pleased with the service. Why I rated it a 3 � was the lack of air circulation in the salon section of the building. The stylists tried all that they could by providing 3 different fans. It was incredibly hot and especially having to wear a cape. I had to leave the room to cool off a few times. I wouldn't recommend coming to this salon in the summer months.

The Spa is very clean, professional, very polite employees & good atmosphere. Although it will be my last time in the building....

My career choice i am on call 365 days a year 7 days a week. My appointment was booked for 9:00AM i got called into work 3:00AM and did not have any cell phone reception until 11:00AM, i had no way of getting in contact and canceling my appointment. The Spa wanted me to pay full price for the services i did not use, which i would agree in paying for considering a lot of services they get paid for by the job....IF they had a 24HR voice mail service.There is no way to cancel your appt after hours. If you work a Mon-Fri and know your hours... great Spa for you

I got my hair done by Ayrianna and I absolutely love it! The color is so unique and beautiful, and the customer service was even better! I've been looking for a hair stylist since I got here, and I've definitely found one now.

I just had a massage yesterday from Sheri at the spa. Best massage ever!!!! I actually feel like she made progress on some chronic issues I have been having. It was definitely not a relaxation massage but it was just what I needed. I have been going to Totally Refreshed for years now and have never had a bad experience or a bad massage. Love Totally Refreshed and thank you so much Sheri!!!!!

I had waxing services and a lash tint with Crystal at the south location on Monday .. and all I can say is wow! Super friendly, professional, and meticulous in her work .. I'm blown away and will definitely be coming back!

Maria gave me a massage and I've had a bad lower back/ sciatic nerve issues since having kids and it was the best my back has felt in a very long time! (I usually go every few weeks for a massage. And no one has ever made me walk out that relaxed)And my facial was great to! The scalp massage during it, put me right to sleep! My husband and I always come back here. I recommend it for sure!

Had an amazing facial with Brookelynn. She was very professional, took the time to understand my skin needs, and recommended products for me to use at home. I walked out with (literally) glowing skin and confidence that the products I was walking out the door with were ideal for my skin type. Will definitely be back!

Had a couples massage today and it was amazing. For about $180 we got a 45 minute steam bath and our pick of oils and a hour massage it was well worth the money and very nice and friends as well as clean place. We will definitely be returning and recommend to anyone! Great place and experience! Also they listen very well to what you want and make sure they arnt putting to much pressure or hurting you! Very happy!!

Both myself and my son tend to be quite picky about how his hair is done. After a few failed attempts at other places, we saw Amanda whom came highly recommended by a friend. Ohh he looked amazing for first day of school!

Yesterday, I got my hair cut and colored and was very pleased with the service. Why I rated it a 3 � was the lack of air circulation in the salon section of the building. The stylists tried all that they could by providing 3 different fans. It was incredibly hot and especially having to wear a cape. I had to leave the room to cool off a few times. I wouldn't recommend coming to this salon in the summer months.

The Spa is very clean, professional, very polite employees & good atmosphere. Although it will be my last time in the building....

My career choice i am on call 365 days a year 7 days a week. My appointment was booked for 9:00AM i got called into work 3:00AM and did not have any cell phone reception until 11:00AM, i had no way of getting in contact and canceling my appointment. The Spa wanted me to pay full price for the services i did not use, which i would agree in paying for considering a lot of services they get paid for by the job....IF they had a 24HR voice mail service.There is no way to cancel your appt after hours. If you work a Mon-Fri and know your hours... great Spa for you
