Went in to exchange our old snowboard for new ones. Was surprised at the trade in value, as well as the customer service. Did feel like one of the team and will definitely come back. Did not know you can rent canoes, ect. Does anybody know if a person can put a canoe on a soft top convertible?

We just had the most fantastic experience purchasing used skates for our son. The staff was amazing, very knowledgable and honest about the product. We even had the skates sharpened. The gentleman that sharpened the skates went above and beyond to speak to our son about his hockey cards. You just don’t get service like that anymore. We will be back!

We had such great help today getting boys sized for skates - great selection of used skates and friendly staff who listened to your kids talk non stop the entire time

Their knowledgable team is always easy and fun to work with.

This place is a little gem and the staff will make you feel like you're part of the family. They are extremely knowledgeable in all outdoor activities and are always so helpful. The store is unique and is a museum of vintage outdoor equipment. The sports exchange is awesome and always gives you a good deal or trade. I would go there any day to support this local business rather than going to any boxed store. I love Totem!

The staff are very knowledgeable and there is a ton of variety in anything you are looking for, from xcountry ski boots to wool socks to kayaks!

So today we were in the market to buy ice skates for my son; and this was one of the best service and awesome retail experience I have received in the last few years; i mean it "THE Best service" and lots of variety in anything related to sports at reasonable price; will definitely recommend Totem Outdoor Outfitters on 99 Street; way way better than Canadian Tire. All the Staff we dealt with were so patient; helpful and knowledgeable. Total Professional experience. Love it.

So impressed with the customer service my family and I received from the staff at Totem. We interacted with a number of the staff in different departments and they were all great. The prices are very reasonable and the staff...fantastic. We live out of town but this store will be a destination for my family when we need equipment again.

I went in to Totem on a Saturday afternoon, in the middle of a slo-pitch tourney with a broken glove. The repair shop fixed me right up and sent me on my way. That was a few years ago, and the glove is still going strong. Quality work at a reasonable price.

I go to Totem for the service and expertise. Totem helped me Kit Up for my hike of the wescoast trail in 2008. They staff helped me choose between the items I wanted and the items I needed. I have shopped at many sporting/outdoor stores over the years...yet most of the things I use or love the most to this day came on the recommendations of Totem staff!

Great Shop...traded stuff in got my daughter some sweet skates.. the guys in the shop did a great sharpen! Very friendly staff and great value on my traded in goods. The store set up is very nicely merchandised.. I understand how hard it is to make used products look visually appealing.. they do a stellar job. Keep it up�

Amazing staff to help us get my son geared up and ready to go for ski and snowboard season!! Everyone from used department to the rental shop for waxing was great! Thanks for all you do.

Their selection is terrible their pricing is ridiculous what's the point of going there anymore?

Wanted to rent a cano and weather was suppose to be bad so we decided against it. Gave a couple days notice but were told that we would not be able to get the deposit back or use it as an in store credit. They would only let us use it for services that we did not require.

Try to avoid this place...Stuff needs be trained to be more polite and more educated.

So disappointed with our yearly skate exchange....store managed to lose our skates during sharpening, told to pick out another pair, found a pair, then were told it was to much of a price difference, had to pick out ANOTHER pair....needless to say I wasn't impressed. On a side note the store staff were friendly enough during the process, but the management displayed very poor courtesy......a most unpleasant experience �

Please do not go to this store if you have a toddler who may cry in public...They are not allowed to do so!
