Toy Guns Dance Theatre is a Canadian Dance Theatre company looking to reach and extend the existing audiences of performance art through theatrical dance.

From inception Toy Guns has been challenging the relationship between art and it’s audience. Toy Guns has performed across Western Canada to audience and critical acclaim. Featured on The Winnipeg Uniter's top ten dance performances in Canada 2014 and Voted Edmonton’s Best Dance Company 2014 in Vue Magazine Toy Guns has been called “Wildly energetic, wildly comedic, and wildly erotic” (Calgary Sun). Through the visionary artistic direction of Jake W Hastey the company has pushed the boundaries of dance through interactive and immersive performances as well as award winning film and photographic work.
