Anya was so amazing in responding to my inquiries that made me feel as a valued customer. We had a warm reception when my family went there for a test drive. Amanda was so helpful in getting me a good deal and ensure that we have what we need for our vehicle. Naomi off course made it effortless and less stressful in closing the deal. Lastly, Coreena was also there to help out. I would say that this was the best experience we had in comparison to the other dealerships that we've been to. I recently came to Toyota Northwest to look into purchasing my first vehicle. I was immediately greated by Kenton and shown various new and used vehicles. Throughout the process I never once felt pressured or pushed into making a decision on purchasing a vehicle and Kenton so kindly educated me on which vehicle would best suit my needs.
Once I decided on a car Naomi did everything in her power to make sure I received the lowest financing rate possible and really went above and beyond me for me and I felt so comfortable and taken care of throughout this process. The manager Marcello is very warm and kind also took such great care of me. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this business.

I came to Toyota Northwest to just check out the new facility. And i was greeted by Lamar Williams. Needless to say after 2hours with this great guy I am now the owner of my first ever 4Runner and I love it. But this happened because Lamar made me feel at ease no pressure. Best Product Advisor around. If you are looking for a new ride and great experience go see Lamar Williams he's great.

So glad the dealership moved to the new location. The layout seems to make sense and its easier to pinpoint where you want to go as soon as you get there.
I've been working with Lamar Williams on my new vehicle purchase and he is amazing. So cool, calm, and collected. He doesn't seem to make me feel rushed or pressured. He said that aside from your mortgage or school, a car is a huge investment so he wants to make sure I am happy with my decision and that it works for my lifestyle. I purchased a Toyota CH-R around the beginning of this year from Toyota Northwest Edmonton and it was a wonderful experience. I am from the Northwest Territories and traveled down to Edmonton to pick up the car I purchased. The staff are very friendly and the whole process was quick and went smoothly. Overall it was a wonderful experience. A few months ago, I was notified that there was a recall with my vehicle and with the help of Angela from Toyota Northwest Edmonton, I was able to address the recall without having to travel to Edmonton. She dealt with an issues I had in an efficient manner, and got back to me quickly. I will definitely continue to go to Toyota Northwest Edmonton for their services.

I just bought a 4-runner there on Sunday and can honestly say I've never had a more pleasant experience at a dealership. Not even kidding. I don't give five stars to anything, but these guys deserve it. From sales to finance, I have not one complaint. They delivered on everything I wanted without trying to upsell me on anything I didn't ask for. Way to go above and beyond! Special thanks to my salesman Michael Carlson for helping me get what I needed in a comfortable, low pressure environment!

I visited Toyota Northwest Edmonton on Saturday and received great customer service from Shamoon! He found me exactly what I was looking for within my budget. I felt very appreciated by all the staff and the new location is very convenient and the building is beautiful. I will definitely return in the future!

Beautiful new dealership with much more spacious parking and waiting areas. Staff were good about getting me in and set up with a shuttle in a timely fashion. Salim was, as per usual, a fantastic and professional shuttle driver. Hanan was very personable but I found throughout my experience that sales was her focus, not on my needs as a returning customer on a budget. Came in for an oil change and was called with $1800 estimate for repairs, most of which were simply way over priced and unnecessary...for the second time! Crazy and not really impressive.
