You are not locked into a term contract. If at any time our services are no longer needed, let us know and we will invoice you for work completed and your contract with Transcend VOA will be terminated. Additionally, if needed at anytime, you can upgrade to additional services. We are also available on a short term basis, just to get you caught up if you have accumulated a backlog, cover for holiday or maternity leave, or extended staff absences. We strive to provide the utmost in patient confidentiality and have privacy policies in place which include secure upload software for your dictations and documents, confidentiality agreements between our clients and our transcriptionists, and being compliant with all aspects of the Health Information Act.
