What a hidden gem Transcendent Jewelry & Body Piercing is in our community! Monique is an absolute jewel! With such a cool and inviting decor in one of Grande Prairie's buildings with a ton of history (formerly the original Grande Prairie Post Office!) My daughter and I felt welcomed as soon as we entered the big red double doors next to Acropolis and walked upstairs. Monique is the most genuinely kind and friendly person that you could ever meet. She is highly professional, taking the time to explain all procedures and after care for a tragus piercing for my daughter. The equipment and procedures followed are evident of high safety standards for all clients. We highly recommend Transcendent Jewelry & Body Piercing!

Things have changed a lot in this industry since I was in my 20's... lol This establishment is clean, organized, and Monique took the time to thoroughly explain what to expect, and how to properly care for a new piercing. She takes a lot of pride in her craft, from the time of piercing to after healing. It's refreshing and reassuring that she takes pride in her work and her reputation, and welcomes communication. Fully recommend this establishment.

So knowledgeable! Re-taught me the updated healing methods and the science behind them. Came in on her day off and still took her time to ensure that I am comfortable. She carries only certain brands of jewlery and I will now only put in implant-grade titanium in my body after learning from her that other brands, even SS, gold, etc. have been tested and traces of lead and other harmful materials have been found in them which kicks your liver to work overtime and also can create skin problems at the area of piercing. Will go back to get my other piercings changed out to her jewlery.

Monique is super friendly, super careful about hygiene & sterilization! She is also super thorough with her teaching! I had a daith piercing 4 days ago, besides the initial few seconds of pain at piercing I haven't had a moments pain afterwards! I've followed her instructions explicitly & I'm not even swelling!! I highly recommend this girl & place! Oh ya, it seems to have helped my headaches too!!

I recently went in due to an infected piercing and instead of just telling me to do a sea salt soak like I assumed, she actually gave me not one but two different treatments! And within two days my bumps are gone and my piercing is healthy.

I just got my nose pierced today and it was amazing! The girl at the front desk was so inviting and I went in nervous but her great personality definitely helped calm my nerves. Monique is amazing. She is very informative in what she's doing and she definitely helped keep me calm and collected. I will definitely recommend her to anyone wanting a piercing done!

I cannot say enough about Monique & her gorgeous shop Transcendent! Myself and my younger sisters came in today and from the moment we steps in we had the best experience! I have never seen a piercing shop so clean, organized, professional and beautiful before! I love that the receptionist Amy greeted us, was so helpful with the paperwork process and Monique welcomed us in right away! She introduced herself and shared a little about her shop before we began our appointment. Monique guided us through step by step and was not pushy at all well we picked out our jewelry. Which by the way is such high quality and so beautiful plus a life long guarantee! During our piercings Monique gave us a ton of information on the piercings and procedure. You can totally tell she is 100% dedicated to her work, shop, and clients. Monique shared with us that each week she looks for something to improve or change to make a better experience for her clients. She was very thorough and I am so pleased with how she explained the healing process to us. Monique is so gentle and made my nerves go away even before my piercing which was quick and painless! Her shop and tools are so organized, up to standards and it's extremely clean! We are so so happy and in love with our piercings and jewelry! As this was my little sisters first time, she enjoyed every moment of it and we had the best laughs to! I will defiantly be going back to see Monique and recommending Transcendent to everyone!
