Travelinsure.Ca (Deslaurier Financial Services Inc.)

I bought super visa insurance through this company and now this company is not refunding my $1,500 for all the unused period for the time my parents didn't stay in Canada. I have lost my patience and now I have decided to approach Alberta Insurance Council. It is shocking to see a business operate like this, completely unethical.

it's crazy to see so many people with similar complaints, I wish I had read the review before buying the policy. this company is not returning money.
This owner deals with immigrants for super visa insurance and thinks he is working in a developing nation and not in Canada.I am sure with so many people complaining, owner will surely loose business license soon

I purchased travel insurance for one year for my parents for super visa insurance through travel insure. As per the policy terms they were to refund me the money if my parents don't stay in Canada for the entire term. This company owed me a refund for 7 months and it was pain to deal with this company owner tracy.

I had to complain to Alberta insurance council and they helped me to settle my refund. When I purchased this policy there were hardly any review on this page and now I see people have started to come forward. I agree 100% with all other comments.
And it's funny how this owner says on every comment that you are not in my client list.

I wish I looked at the reviews before getting into a deal with Travel insure ( Deslaurier financial services) and now money is stuck.

All the banks/lenders please inquire with Alberta Insurance Council if there are any complaints against this business. If they are in good standing, go ahead and lend to this business.

Looks like someone is planning a retirement in a wrong way
