Helpful and knowledgeable staff got me the right products i needed.

Poor customer service. Very unfriendly. Do not expect to be treated with respect at this store by the staff, the owner or even fellow patrons. And its not like they're super busy and pressed for time in there. More often than not, I have left Tunes regretting the experience on a personal level.
