It's unfortunate while going in to spend $250 for a pair of boots and not one of your three sales people could greet me or offer to come by to help. Won't be back and will leave my Ugg shopping to elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever!! Its pretty sad when you walk in, no ones there to greet you and all the associates are standing there but none can assist you!! Whats even sadder is when you go and spend $300 on a pair of Lux and the assiciate doesnt follow store rules and doesnt get a name, phone number or email on a cash purchas order....what retail store puts something on order and doesnt get the customer information???? Now the store manager is insinuating that we are falsafying a purchas because my boyfriend recently lost his wallet which contained the reciept. The manager insists that a regular employee wouldnt have been able to make that transaction only a manager would have and yet they didnt. Not only did they put the transaction threw, they took his money and they are now refusin to take our calls or go threw thier electronic history to confirm the transaction was made.....I have waited 4 years for my UGgs and thanks to this store I could care less about owning a pair. Ive been in contact with the uggs customer compliant line & will continue to try and get my $300 back. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ENTER THIS STORE!!
