Up + Downtown Music + Arts Festival

Up + Downtown Festival is produced by the nonprofit organization Rain Shadow Productions Ltd. , whoseobjectives are to: • Provide Edmontonians and its visitors with a professionally produced music and visual arts festival outside of the summer season; and• Contribute to the growing vibrancy in downtown Edmonton by showcasing the multitude of venues and performance spaces.
