Amazing store with unique and trendy items. All the workers are always ready to help and have a good knowledge of the store set up and the stock they have on-hand. Also the sale area in the back will never disappoint and I love their 10% off with creating an account that they offer !

The store is good, there's several items to choose from and it's [usually] very organized.

I love Urban Outffitters but the staff is never helpful. Also, today I went there to exchange something I purchased and I clearly said I wanted to exchange my item and even had both items with me yet the guy returned my item. I didn't want a refund because I had closed the card I used to purchase the item. One of the staff member also tries to tell me they dont exchange online purchases when it says on the bill that ANY Urban Outfitters in Canada or US will give an exchange or refund. Now I'm left without my 200$ items and I don't even know if the refund will work since my card has been closed for two weeks +

Expensive. Staff don't really care about helping you...
