Urban Scrapbook has been my favourite scrapbooking and paper crafting store for years now. They always have what I am looking for or are able to bring it in for me if it is out of stock! The staff are always friendly and talented too and their classes are awesome! The owner, Nicole, is always helpful and goes out of her way to make sure your Urban experience is top notch.

The store has a large selection of papers and a large selection of adhesives at reasonable prices. The store is organized in a way that flows and it is easy to find things - a couple of times I asked for something specific and the staff knew exactly where it was located and took me to it. The other thing that is nice about Urban is they will custom order product (including paper) for you if it is still available. A couple of other scrap booking stores I have visited will not.



A large group of us were at Urban last weekend for National Scrapbooking crop and we had a lot of fun and made some new friends :) There were great draw prizes, a cute make and take, and a really nice album to build as well as 20% off our purchases. We were given access to the staff room so we could use the fridge, coffee machine, etc.



I have been going to Urban since it opened many years ago. The new owner has worked hard to keep Urban a go to place for scrapbookers and crafters and has added some personal touches and flairs that are fun and inspirational.

Loved the staff! Loved the selection. Loved the layout of the store. A real must to shop at if you are in the Edmonton area. I am so excited for the website to be operational! Being in Northern BC, I have to do all my scrapbook shopping online so to have a store with friendly staff and an amazing selection is very exciting!

Love, love, love the store. I miss your store. I moved to Oliver, BC 4 years ago, and when I go back to Edmonton at least once a year I make sure The Urban Scrapbook store is #1 on my "to go to". I wish there was a store that compares to yours here in the Okanagan Valley.

Love this place! They are super helpful, knowledgeable beyond belief, and have the best range of stock around. Their shipping is timely and inexpensive - shop no where else when in Edmonton!

I just discovered this treasure of a store almost right in my neighbourhood! Selection is awesome and the store has a very relaxed friendly vibe! 🤗

I have been shopping here forever and it is the best shop in Edmonton! The staff are so friendly and helpful, always willing to demo and show new techniques. The new owner Nicole is so accommodating and will order things if you can’t find something you want.

Fantastic customer service and product knowledge. Set aside a MISTI for me on Saturday of Easter weekend for me to pick up Monday and made sure I had the proper cleaner BEFOR I left the store. The MISTI is really a worthwhile purchase. I am producing a lot of cards for a fundraiser and this tool is amazing, no wasted cardstock. Urban brought in a cinch for me a couple of years ago. I'm so glad we have this resource in Edmonton!

Always been my go to place for scrapbook supplies. Staff is wonderful. Crop nights are great, not to mention the fabulous food we get treated to on those nights. It's a warm inviting atmosphere full of inspiring ideas and the most current lines of paper and supplies.

A very welcoming store and the staff are so family oriented. Kids are always welcome. They offer activities for kids while your shopping so that they don’t get bored. This store is amazing for all you scrapbooking and crafts.

A great store with awesome staff - my boys and I love shopping here!!
