The prices can be kind of crazy, but there's something for everyone here. Wheelchair accessible

Great little place. It has a variety of different things to offer at reasonable prices.

I used to like Value Village a lot! Back when you could get brand name clothing for pennies! Now they are grossly over priced, charging $20 for "okay" jeans and $30 or more for good used jeans???? I don't think that is acceptable. I still shop the cheap stuff.

Just called to see if the store had any clothing irons, Brenda told me if they do they would be in the back of the store. When I asked if she could check for me so I didnt have to drive across the city myself she simply said "no I can't, I'm short staffed". Absolutely terrible customer service, is it really that hard to walk across the store to make a sale? Now instead of going and checking myself I would rather spend 10-15 times more on an iron from a big box store that I know has one. Thanks Brenda.

Id put no stars if I could. I have never heard of this store making and donations to charities extremely over priced!!! Like a candle holder for 6 bucks and decor plate 7 bucks and old yellow stained coffee maker 10 bucks!!! What!!! This is free donated stuff! Rich ppl don't wanna shop here it's the low income ppl that thrift shop give if you
Lowered prices you would save a lot more to your "contribution" to saving the land fills! What a joke. Donate to goodwill ppl!!! They take care of what they sell it's cheap!!! And they employ ppl with needs and they donate 0
Profits to charities!!! You don't see the owner there driving a fancy new car

Selection for children limited. Prices for used clothing is exactly what you'd be paying at a regular store on sale/clearance. At least half of the clothes are heavily worn and not worth the prices they're asking. I also made some terrible discoveries when I got home. Shoes had mud caked in the soles. Coat had a very large pink stain on the inside along with mud smears. After being washed I learned that the coat was actually white not cream colored. Stuffed animals with holes in them. While I know I'm buying used, I do expect items to be in reasonable condition. I don't want clothing that's got mud and food stains all over them! Value Village should not be selling items like this. It would take such a minimal effort on their part to not take in items that are saleable, and not in a condition in need of washing/repair. I will have to check things more carefully before walking out of the store, because the staff here is clearly not doing it.
