Vignettes Design Series

A grassroots campaign created to promote Edmonton's design industry, the Vignettes Design Series is a festival that provides opportunities for Edmontonians and visitors to be exposed to the latest creations from celebrated local artists while discovering up and coming talent. We bring together designers, visual artists, woodworkers, contractors and craftspeople to co-create amazing spaces. With unlimited creative freedom, we give our participants an opportunity to create a project they may not be able to come across on an everyday basis. It's an interdisciplinary event that invites local designers and makers to bring their best in co-creation and competition. We also host a series of collaborations with other creative industries in the city, including product and industrial designers, chefs and restauranteurs, service designers, and other incredible minds to showcase and celebrate all facets of design as a discipline. From gallery-styled events and workshops, to one-of-a-kind pop-up dining experiences, this year the Vignettes Design Series invites you to join them in their many celebrations from July until October 2017.
