I lived in Airdrie for 4 years and all but once walked out of this store empty handed. Not once did the store offer any product I was looking for aside from a HDMI cable. Something as simple as a web camera was enough to stump the "sales person," he had to look on the computer to see if it was something they carried.
If what you are looking for is not at Wal-Mart across the road - go into Calgary and go to a real electronics store.

Usually end up empty handed when I shop here. Seems like the turnover for employees is very high, and I'm not a fan if pressured sales tactics.

Not a happy customer, may 2013 bought a home theater system, pd weli over 1000.00 for an onkyo system... Had numerous warranty issues with the system, From hdmi board, to switch panel, to sub output... As well the sub gave me some grief. Well the people at Visions Airdrie saved the day, they finally pushed to get the extended warranty coverage approved. Thanks to Phil and J.D, i am now using a new Pioneer receiver and a soundstage sub. And this time made it painless. Many thanks to those guys, and have now gained a customer for life.

wow and this is why i shop online they must pick them fresh off the streets and computer train them for 5 mins and kick them out to start selling give your head a shake trying to tell me a cheap polk audio sub is even on the same playing field as svs subs i should know i own a svs sub with this being said so many issues there from there lack of knowledge to them not honoring warranty work the list goes on stay away.... stay away

I bought a new pair of headphones from here. Ashley was the one that helped me out. She is very knowledgeable about the products she is in charge of selling. If you ever need anything from here she is the person that I would go see.

Got a GREAT set of speakers for my home theater on Boxing Day! The staff helped me load them into my car afterwards.

Fantastic customer service by both the staff and manager. My mother and I dropped by to get a TV. Well we had a lemon of a TV that wouldn't turn on... twice! What are the odds? Well the staff here took care of everything for us. They were incredibly nice and understanding; they did there very best to make sure we were happy and our TV was working before we left. Great store.
