Do not go here!! It took them 3 months to order and receive my stereo deck, then took another month to book the installation, and on top of all that they had my vehicle all day today to do the installation that they said would only take an hour. Oh, and they forgot to call me when it was ready. I had to come in at 15 to 9 to ask if they had even done the installation. I do not recommend purchasing or using any of their services. Along with all that, they parked it in a different area of the mall, where it’s not their property. The employees appeared drugged out which is probably why they offer such horrible service.

Drove to town to buy a Black Friday deal before it ended, car audio staff told me they don't sell by themselves, and will only install them themselves, I replied I guess I will order it online, he then proceeded to tell me if I order online it will get shipped to store for them to install. Ordered online anyway because I saw nothing of the sorts mentioning that, called customer service in morning and they confirmed everything I was told was a Lie, screw you Grande prairie Visions, now I'm waiting for a package in the mail instead of it being done by now on my only day off which I chose to come to your store

STAY AWAY FROM FINANCING ANYTHING!
They gave me free financing through some small Indian call center who never picks up their phone, they don't even process transactions. Once they say you have to pay the only way to pay is with a debit card or a balance transfer, you can't pay it off like a normal bill on your credit card (earning the reward points or cash back).
If I would have known this I would have put it on my mastercard got my travel points and paid the hill but instead I got charged more.
They only call you after your late, my bill date was the 10th on the first 2 statements and on the 3rd it was said that the bill was to be paid on the previous month. A bunch of shady tactics. Just pay up front.

Only one installer for car audio and they book so far in advance that if your working or need your vehicle and there is a problem after your install it's next to impossible to get work in before the warranty expires.
I'm sitting with a brand new 1700$ setup for 2 speakers, a backup camera and a Bluetooth deck that won't turn up past 15 volume. Not to mention when they installed it rather than drilling a hole for my power point they just covered it up so I have no 12v socket in my truck currently.
And my backup camera was mounted on my license plate as they recommended.... But now my hitch covers it so it doesn't even help me backing up a trailer....

Pretty pissed, but at least the radio sounds good.

Very disappointed! No customer service at all! Went to Visions to buy a TV - the manager said they have none at the Grande Prairie store, but can order from any other store that has it and she assured us that the TV will get to GP in less then a week and in reality it took 2 weeks to get it and nobody followed up at least once, not even when the TV was delivered to the store! I had to call and try to find out what was the status of my order and apparently the store associates can't track the order nor the shipment. Store manager was not helpful at all, she kept saying that she was on vacation and she just came back, and all she was doing is twisting my words and trying to make me feel bad - and all I wanted is to find out how come in our days nobody knows what is the status of a simple order! She did apologize, but it was done by the script, and she kept saying that my TV is here what else do I want!!! Lack of services and don't really care about their customers!

delayed order. they say one week but the second week already start and still not there. im a little dissapointed coz its a gift for my brother but came up late. i just want to recommend that dont say a word when your not that sure. thanks.

Staff super friendly. Visions is one of my favorite electronic store, I've bought my tv surround sound, speakers, headphones you name it. The staff is super friendly always at these stores. They had a half way to Boxing Day sale and it had some good deals I bought 60$ head phones for 18$. Worth the check out

I have a 2003 chevy impala. I had bought an amp and sub without knowing there was a factory amp in the trunk. I had a lot of difficulty trying to hook up my new equipment. I went into visions and they gave me the information needed and got me booked to get it all installed properly. Immaculate customer service, very polite and knowledgeable employees. Highly suggest Visions to anyone looking to get car audio hooked up!

Poor service

I went to visions to get two 10inch subs with amp put into my truck in 2016. After the install, the subs weren't working correctly. When I took it back visions said they hooked up the remote wires wrong and fixed the problem

This year I bought a new truck and got visions to install my old sub system. I also ordered a bass knob to control the subs. It took 5 weeks to come in and no one notified me it had arrived. When the install day came (7weeks from purchase) they told me they had ordered the wrong part and would order a different knob to correct the problem. Visions booked my truck in two weeks later for install. after waiting 4 hours in the store they informed me that again they ordered the wrong part AGAIN!!

After that I decided to part ways with visions because they had messed up on three occasions. I would not recommend going to visions if you want to get your sub system done in a reasonable time or done right the first time

I bought a canon camera on sale from this store 8 months ago. I was sold the extented warranty for an additional 80 dollars. 2 months ago the camera stopped working (not visions fault). After I returned it to the store i heard nothing back for 2 months. I had to make 3 phone calls to find out my camera was "unrepairable". Good thing i bought the extended warranty I thought. WRONG.

When i went to the store to collect my new camera i was told that it was covered by manufacturer warranty, not visions. I was offered a in store credit. But since i got this camera on sale and they didn't make the exact same model anymore, my credit didn't cover the cost of the most similar replacement.

To make matters worse is i was told multiple times my credit was the Money I spent on the camera plus the cost of my warranty. This was also not true. Apparently Canon had credied me a little extra to cover the cost of getting a different model. I had not fought for a fair deal for about an hour in store, visions would have kept 80 dollars that i was entitled to.

So the issues with this store are simply the sales person mislead me on what the warranty i was buying would cover. And that i had to go into the store and debate with the staff just to receive my full credit.

All told i had to pay and extra 50 dollars just to get the most comparable product.

Called around town about getting a cheap command start installed in my vehicle and the salesperson who took my call offered me an amazing deal I couldn't refuse! Sorry, I can't remember his name (It was either Mike or Matt) but he was friendly, helpful and courteous. And it was installed and ready to go in the time quoted, I will definitely be recommending this place!

Bought & installed viper remote starters for 2 vehicles..the sales agent offered me a great deal!! I was disappointed a bit for the installation time as they told me I need to leave vehicle for a full day!! But overall the service was great & the sales team was awesome!!

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with, after nearly ten visits about routine and repeat problems, one would think the staff would have a single note or clue about what I keep having to return for. I had to explain myself multiple times, besides fighting over things I clearly shouldn't have had to ask about in the first place, like warranty miscommunication and being told to pay for things that were never my responsibility. After all this I am forced to wait months for a fix and then not even contacted upon the item's return? Besides the products sold to me not being worth one day of this hassle. I will never do business here or with Bell ever again, this has been at least a 5-6 month ordeal for me.
