People there are friendly but at the same time love to rip you off and take your money, I purchased car audio for my self and was told that i will receive a free 4 year warranty if i purchase this item today, they ended up chargeing me for the warranty and getting an extra 100 plus dollars from me.

I find it bizarre that some reviews cite the poor customer service.

As a business owner myself, I found the customer service at this location impeccable. Not only did the staff give me discounts on multiple items, one went so far as to deliver my tv personally.

And when a defect happened? It was a less than five minute process to exchange.

Tassie was awesome. I went in there with an idea of what I wanted and came out with so much more, but I never felt pressured at all. He was very knowledgable and helpful and did his best to get all the parts I needed for my new stereo. Even though my truck was a pain in the a** for install, Chad rocked it and it sounds amazing. They tweaked some items the day of the install to what would make the most sense for my truck. And after all that, I had no interest for a year, same as cash. The best Xmas present I could have bought myself, a lot more boom in my truck!!!
