Walmart Camrose Supercentre

Its by far the best walmart in camrose. Id give it 5.1 stars if i could.

I wish I could give them no stars. Terrible customer service. Not to dwell in the past, but a prime example of their true character is when fort Mac went up in flames, and millions of people had to evacuate from home...most unexpectedly. While superstore across the street was handing out free water and snacks, walk mart was putting up signs for no overnight parking. Just disgusting.

One time they gave my mom change and it was ONLY off by 5cents. 5 cents. And when she tried to correct the cashier so she could get her toonie instead of 1.95..the cashier was like it's 5 cents....yeah but rip everybody off 5 cents in one day and you're doing great for yourself.

Today I bought some halloween stuff. Checking my receipt at home I realized I paid full price instead of getting 75 percent off. My step dad returned the items for me to recieve the proper money back..and customer service gave him 50 percent off. Not 75 like advertised. I called customer service
and they told me it's what he told them...so I said you don't know what you're advertising..and she said she doesn't work on the floor..Fair enough.. but if he were to say 80 percent off would you believe him..
Like you ripped him off. And we've now spent all this gas money trying to get proper refund.

Talked to the manager and he was very polite. However he clarified rhat it was only a couple bucks we were talking about and not hundreds of dollars...you're right it's only a couple bucks. Something I paid 12 dollars for should of only costed 3, which I get it errors happen, nothing is perfect, but if it's just a couple bucks then what about scanning code of practice and just offering it to me for free. Already spent enough on other stuff supporting their selfish business.

What I'm trying to say is they're great at ripping people off that couple bucks...not hundreds of dollars..but just a little bit so you either don't see it, are to lazy to go back, or are just too busy...and BAM they've made the profit.

Just a terrible experience.

They brought back self check-outs! And the machines work really well now. Makes the lines move much faster.

Awesome prices. Love the deals. Great place to shop

Wide aisles. Well stocked. And staff knew where things were. You can't ask for much else from a Walmart.

Good prices. Everything you need under one roof

Usually quite clean and well-organized. Spacious. Usual Walmart wide array of products and usual Walmart prices, of course. Handy having a small McDonald's attached to the store.

Large selection... Almost anything you can imagine. Well laid out.

Walmart overall lacks knowledgeable staff about the store and it's products. Example, I have gone into different departments in a store and there's no staff around. I walked around and found a Walmart employee in an adjacent department and the person wasn't helpful in assisting me in finding someone in the clothing department to helpful. Walmart may have some products that are priced low but lack in providing good customer service
