Walmart Superstore

I had a very good experience on my last visit with a young lady in the electronics section. She was helpful and sweet.

Most staff helpful.
Found everything I wanted on my list.
Bathroom was disgustingly filthy. Garbage cover most of the floor space. Toilets were dirty.

Absolutely terrible, a lot of their toys are not in the right spot so you can't tell what the price is. The staff tell you to walk to the price check thing and don't tell you what the price is. Very disappointed

It has kind if a wierd layout that makes it wierd to shop. I feel like I have to go back and forth alot. On the bright side the line ups are normally short and quick.

Tried to get springs for my watch, turns out they do no sell such a thing, and they do not do anything with watches anymore. The only reason I give three starts is that one of their employees told me where in town I would be able to find such a thing.

Bathroom was disgusting as usual ..and all employees that were in the floor couldn't help find anything because they stare at you like you're nuts for asking them

What can I say about Wal-Mart? It's a big store, staff are friendly and there is alot of staff on to give a helping hand if needed. On the down side its always busy. Customers almost never put their carts away and the parking lot is full of scattered carts

Stock not as organized..but considering how busy... Herculean task!

Some days the floor staff are good. The Greeters are amazing and so are the cashiers. Good prices.

I would much prefer to shop at another big box stores than the WalMart here. Staff are not-helpful, prices are not on the shelf for many items, items out of stock.. things like that can be forgiven if you have staff who take pride in their work, but that's not the case here. Staff seem very robotic. The staff are very on edge, and I say if you don't like you're job you need to find another!

Very robotic, lonely shopping experience. With such a selection of competitors in Grande Prairie, there is really no need to shop here.

Busy...1pm-3pm....Other than that,not too bad of a place to spend a few bucks......Thank You........for listening.............

I like it when there are more cashiers. That has made it more enjoyable to go up there

Some other brands not available in other stores are available here for less. Having many departments can make a good quick shopping but too big is not always good. Sales in other stores or closer stores actually makes me want to give a lower score and rather shop less here

Huge improvement since last year. No staff in the alleys and enough cashiers all the time .
I have one serious problem though - the lady mechanic (Michelle) at automotive is not doing a good job. She put back a bad lug nut, while installing a tire to my van and did not tell me about it, she overfill the oil and insist that she didn’t , despite the book and dipstick telling otherwise. After forgetting about all that I went for wheel balance. An hour wait just to tell me that they cannot take off my wheels with the socket I provided (21 mm spark plug socket 3/8 drive and 22mm socket fitting outside the rear end) and they don’t have thin wall impact socket as well. And they would not do it by hand as well. I have aftermarket aluminum wheels. I guess sitting on the counter and finding excuses pays the same as balancing tires :)
Anyhow I’m glad she didn’t do it. I went to Costco- they did it for a fraction of the price, used their own tools, even wash my wheels – outstanding service and pleasure to speak to the people.
I was looking to buy two tires from Walmart that a matching two of mine but I’m afraid to go back :(
