So I was truck shopping and visited different dealers in Edm. I don't like aggressive sales pitches or pushy sales people.and when I heard good things about Waterloo I thought I'd drop in. A refreshing change from all the rest. There I met John Gold and Alan Lim. John didn't have exactly what I was looking for but upgraded me for the same price range I was expecting to pay. I know it's their job to cater to the customer but they seemed to be a little more sincere. All in all a pleasurable experience and I would recommend finding this dealership to anyone.

The sales person, Ron Bergoine is very helpful and follows up on everything that he says he will. What I think is the best part of dealing with Waterloo has been their effort to improve based on customer input. In Dec. we went to this car dealership to check out a Ford Edge, and the professionalism and care we received, made buying this SUV a surprising and pleasant endeavour.

As we had just arrived from Cold Lake with the plan to look at the SUV and maybe test drive it, things then went south. in a hurry. Working with Shannon she proceeded to get us a deal we could not refuse, and i had spent months researching cost and options, all in a matter of hours we bought it. While the paperwork was being finalized we were going to grab some lunch and had a surprise when Shannon offered us to partake in the lunch they had brought in for the salesmen working Saturday. This is going above and beyond, Thank you to all, being old school we appreciated this.

A person does not expect perfection from oneself all the time so do not expect it of others all the time, so with this being said when they missed the repairs on my rims you can understand things happen. I think they just wanted to see us back at the Dealership is why they missed it, go and find out for yourself what they are like. Cheers

I have had service work done at the Waterloo Service Department on several occasions, the most recent being the installation of a battery in our Escape. Staff are always polite, pleasant and firendly. The service is good and they get done what needs to be done. overall excellent experiences. The cafeteria is really good too!!!

I waited in the lounge area and within a very reasonable time they had the vehicle completed and I was on my way. Thank you for your service and the way I was treated.

When I purchased my car new from Ford five years ago I also opted to pre-pay for five years of oil changes through Ford's service plan. A month ago I called in to schedule my last prepaid oil change only to be denied as my plan had expired 4 days prior. After a month of back and forths with Waterloo Ford they claim their hands are tied and I won't be able to use my last oil change. I wouldn't recommend buying a card from Ford and please don't waste money on the service plan.

We recently traded in our Ford F150 for a Ford Explorer. Although the salesman worked hard to find us what we wanted, the lack of knowledge about their product was disappointing. The trade in overall went okay. However, we were promised winter tires, rubber floor mats and a tow package. Well four months later, and calls to two different managers we finally got our items. When we went to get the servicing done, no one in service wanted to help us and they passed off to the manager instead. The manager didn't even really know what was getting done. Definitely a disappointment, and will never go to Waterloo Ford for anything

Never again! Messed up my payments, didn't respect my incentives and they hadn't give me any resolution in almost a month since I first contacted them when my problems happen. Every time I call they say they'll call me, but they never do

I’ve had so many problems with this dealership it’s unreal. Not only have I lost money out of pocket because their detailers feel it’s okay to go through my stuff and throw it out without consent and then say they’ll make it right, but never call me back. They do an awful job! I still have sticky stuff stuck to my interior roof I can’t get off! That again they said they would fix, but never did. Another time I told them my car HAD to be done by 3pm as i had my dads freaking ashes with me and I was not sitting there waiting carry an urn around! Nope. Couldn’t even call to warn me it wouldn’t be done. Just had me sit there for an hour and didn’t even finish. Problems after problems. Not sure why I kept bothering to give them chances. You think you spend a TON of money and that gets you better service? Nope. Today I tried to have my MKC towed there and give them the work! They said they’d have it towed to their auto body. My roadside calls them and they tell them that they never even said that! Enjoy losing a customer. I will NEVER return! Absolutely unreal. I never once put those bad reviews on here, but I’m so sick of the shadiness! Didn’t spend over $50,000 for this crap.

In Dec. we went to this car dealership to check out a Ford Edge, and the professionalism and care we received, made buying this SUV a surprising and pleasant endeavour.

As we had just arrived from Cold Lake with the plan to look at the SUV and maybe test drive it, things then went south. in a hurry. Working with Shannon she proceeded to get us a deal we could not refuse, and i had spent months researching cost and options, all in a matter of hours we bought it. While the paperwork was being finalized we were going to grab some lunch and had a surprise when Shannon offered us to partake in the lunch they had brought in for the salesmen working Saturday. This is going above and beyond, Thank you to all, being old school we appreciated this.

A person does not expect perfection from oneself all the time so do not expect it of others all the time, so with this being said when they missed the repairs on my rims you can understand things happen. I think they just wanted to see us back at the Dealership is why they missed it, go and find out for yourself what they are like. Cheers

I have had service work done at the Waterloo Service Department on several occasions, the most recent being the installation of a battery in our Escape. Staff are always polite, pleasant and firendly. The service is good and they get done what needs to be done. overall excellent experiences. The cafeteria is really good too!!!

I had a recall; therefore, I made an appointment and when I got to the service bay they took the car right in and offered me free drinks. I waited in the lounge area and within a very reasonable time they had the vehicle completed and I was on my way. Thank you for your service and the way I was treated.

The staff at Waterloo, from the Sales Manager, Grant McNeill, and the service team by Grant Daly and Eduardo (Eddie) Lisanti was on a completely different level.



My concerns were dealt with swiftly, professionally, timely and patiently.



It is good to know that I bought my ride from a dealership that is committed to customer service and I will definitely be recommending Waterloo Ford.

A couple of small issues with the sales process, but everything resolved and I am very happy with my second new purchase from Waterloo Ford. I got a 2017 Edge SEL and both the current staff and the vehicle have met and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Waterloo for your new or used vehicle needs...

When I purchased my car new from Ford five years ago I also opted to pre-pay for five years of oil changes through Ford's service plan. A month ago I called in to schedule my last prepaid oil change only to be denied as my plan had expired 4 days prior. After a month of back and forths with Waterloo Ford they claim their hands are tied and I won't be able to use my last oil change. I wouldn't recommend buying a card from Ford and please don't waste money on the service plan.

We recently traded in our Ford F150 for a Ford Explorer. Although the salesman worked hard to find us what we wanted, the lack of knowledge about their product was disappointing. The trade in overall went okay. However, we were promised winter tires, rubber floor mats and a tow package. Well four months later, and calls to two different managers we finally got our items. When we went to get the servicing done, no one in service wanted to help us and they passed off to the manager instead. The manager didn't even really know what was getting done. Definitely a disappointment, and will never go to Waterloo Ford for anything

Never again! Messed up my payments, didn't respect my incentives and they hadn't give me any resolution in almost a month since I first contacted them when my problems happen. Every time I call they say they'll call me, but they never do

I’ve had so many problems with this dealership it’s unreal. Not only have I lost money out of pocket because their detailers feel it’s okay to go through my stuff and throw it out without consent and then say they’ll make it right, but never call me back. They do an awful job! I still have sticky stuff stuck to my interior roof I can’t get off! That again they said they would fix, but never did. Another time I told them my car HAD to be done by 3pm as i had my dads freaking ashes with me and I was not sitting there waiting carry an urn around! Nope. Couldn’t even call to warn me it wouldn’t be done. Just had me sit there for an hour and didn’t even finish. Problems after problems. Not sure why I kept bothering to give them chances. You think you spend a TON of money and that gets you better service? Nope. Today I tried to have my MKC towed there and give them the work! They said they’d have it towed to their auto body. My roadside calls them and they tell them that they never even said that! Enjoy losing a customer. I will NEVER return! Absolutely unreal. I never once put those bad reviews on here, but I’m so sick of the shadiness! Didn’t spend over $50,000 for this crap.

So I was truck shopping and visited different dealers in Edm. I don't like aggressive sales pitches or pushy sales people.and when I heard good things about Waterloo I thought I'd drop in. A refreshing change from all the rest. There I met John Gold and Alan Lim. John didn't have exactly what I was looking for but upgraded me for the same price range I was expecting to pay. I know it's their job to cater to the customer but they seemed to be a little more sincere. All in all a pleasurable experience and I would recommend finding this dealership to anyone.

Since purchasing my Lincoln continental from Waterloo, I have been very satisfied with the dealership overall. The sales person, Ron Bergoine is very helpful and follows up on everything that he says he will. What I think is the best part of dealing with Waterloo has been their effort to improve based on customer input. In less than a year, their service department approach has continuously improved by personalizing the service, and by making the whole experience better.
