I'm going to tell you a little story, a story about a girl named Wendy <3
A year and a half ago, I moved with my little family across the big country. We didn't know anyone, and I had no job lined up. We were in Cold Lake for a few months, when I stated thinking about doing something that would contribute to my family, get me out of the house, help me meet people, and give me more of purpose.
I thought about different direct sales companies, but really didn't know anything about any of them. I sold for another DS company in the past, but didn't make much and didn't really enjoy it. So one night while on the FB, I seen an ad to join Scentsy. I had never used any of their products, never owned a warmer, never even been to a party in home or online. . . but I knew, I just KNEW that people LOVED it!
So I contacted the poster, asked a million questions. . . waited a bit. . . . Talked to my husband. . . moved homes. . . lol then one day, I just did it. I joined. I had no idea what I was doing, but I knew I could learn, and teach myself about the products.
I remember getting my kit and being SO excited to try all the smells, and get going, to share that I now sold this amazing product (that I knew nothing about) but was so excited for! The bar that came in my kit was Cedar Cider. I didn't like it at first. . . but my husband said 'Its all you got, you should try it'. So, I did. I warmed my Cedar Cider wax in my Madame Butterfly Yellow warmer. . . and I LOVED it. That smell, still to this day, brings back that excitement!
So, fast forward a year and a month. I now have a team of 12, I have promoted 4 times and am now a SuperStar Consultant (i love my title), I have earned a trip (that happens this summer <3) and have done things that I didn't think that I could do. I am more confident, out going, and LOVE this smelly stuff! I can't imagine my life without it!
