#FASTFriday is on like Donkey Kong! Meet up at The Rollie Milles Athletic Field located at Strathcona High School fora 7:00 p.m. start. It's getting dark sooner so if you have a headlamp bring one! I will have 3 with me to light the way! Tonights workout: Split 400's!! The aim of this workout is to introduce max effort tolerance. Run 300 meters at 95 percent, then rest for one minute. You then run 100 meters at 100 percent effort. Bring a friend to suffer with and a $10 drop in coaching fee!

Last month of WEphysio Performance and Wellness outdoor #FastFriday track workouts! It's Frank McNamara Cross Country Race Series season right now, and to run cross country faster one of the best track workouts you can do is 800 meter repeats! You'll be working on sustainable power well above your 5K pace with a long rest in between. The goal is to daisy chain these together to sew up a serious 5K time! Meet up at Strathcona High School at the The Rollie Milles Athletic Field for a 7:00 p.m. start and be prepared to help each other suffer! Bring a training partner, you'll need it! And bring a $10 coaching fee as well. Energy bars provided as usual by Roslyn Bergen from The Sweet Side who is in Lethbridge running the Lost Soul Ultramarathon! Fresh and crisp air! #FastFriday is on with a fresh and cool air workout tonight! We'll be doing a 2 X 3 X 4 for the speed block - come on out to find out what that means! We always start with runner development and we build in strength, mobility, agility, movement control, and power for one hour. Meet up at the The Rollie Milles Athletic Field for a 7:00 p.m. start for the prep block, then the speed block starting at 8:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.! This workout is fresh! Craig is amazing! I haven’t been able to run without pain in my knees for many years but I can now, thanks to Craig. If you have joint pain don’t live with it. Book an appointment with Craig and enjoy life!

Craig helped me recover from an achilles injury, in time for the Chicago Marathon. I had a great bike fit experience too, have not had to adjust anything since that visit.

Craig has helped me a ton with my miscellaneous running injuries! I was at a point earlier this year that I thought my 2017 race season was in peril. Working with Craig I am on the healing path and am performing at a very high level, completely exceeding my expectations for performance, and as well recovery.
