We went to buy a carseat. The sales associate was spectacular!! I have never used a car seat before let alone installed one in my car. She carried the two we were looking at to my vehicle and showed me how to install them. Plus she gave me tips on what to look for in a good fit vs a poor fit. Being so clueless she never made me feel silly that I should know. I had the sales associate's undivided attention.

I felt very comfortable using the features of the car seat after I spent time with her. How to adjust the straps, where the handle needs to be while in the car seat, etc. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend coming here to buy a carseat!

I found the staff knowledgeable, and willing to help. Stuff leans slightly toward the higher end, probably because they can't compete on price with the big-box store down the street, but the quality justifies it, and they have quite a wide range of everything.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prices are fair and they carry great products, not junk. I have four children and it's the only place that I will go to buy a car seat.

Best place to buy strollers, car seats, cribs. There's always an attendant ready to answer your questions unlike other stores where you are completely alone

Lots of cool kids and baby stuff. Wide range in price summer things were cheaper than chain stores for children's things. Lots of selection

If babies r us has it, go there!!! The return/price match policy interpretation is based on the person at the front desk at WCK using bing words as; flash sale. Babies r us is like Costco, no questions ask, and can price match multiple times. I give one star for policy small print BS of WCK. I'll give 3 stars to the gal that was knowledgeable about the Britax products. I will never shop here again, even though I have gifts cards for this place.

Love this store! The staff is well trained and has excellent product knowledge. Great selection of higher end brands. We buy alot of baby gear here. Clothing and accessories are a bit on the pricey side for me but the furniture and gear is competitively priced. Would recommend and will be back!
