Last night I was in west Edmonton mall which is a great mall may I add. However the real reason for my post, is the main diamond in my ring fell out. My husband and I are absolutely devastated as this is one of the most emotionally valuable and financially important items we have ever given to one another. We are offering a $1000 reward for the returned diamond. I cant include a picture but please help me. We can not afford to replace it. Please message me with any details. Thank you!

My kids (aged 4 & 8 ) chose this place as their family vacation this Christmas. What a fun experience!! We got the two day all access family pass and couldnŌĆÖt even fit in all the activities!! We all loved GalaxyLand and were surprised that there were so many rides for adults to enjoy. The Sea Lion show was fabulous and the staff at the aquarium area were so friendly. The restaurants were all pretty good and the food court was always clean. We found the mall to be exceptionally clean and well kept. The waterpark was a huge highlight for us - and both of my kids got to zipline which they were ecstatic about and are still raving about. To that point, I want to highlight how incredibly wonderful the young zipline staff were. My kids are super young and I was nervous about them being on the tower alone with the staff but they kept them informed and happy and most of all, safe. There are so many add-onŌĆÖs that cost a huge amount of additional money but we were happy to spend it because we have amazing memories of this trip! We canŌĆÖt wait to return in July and do all the other activities!

Mall was more than I could imagine! I only wish I was open more hours of the day. My boyfriend and I stayed for 10 days in the mall and never ran out of things to do. Definitely worth getting the multiplay passes. We got them for 7 days and we totally got our moneyŌĆÖs worth!

Lots to do and see! Clean, lots of options for food and shopping. The only down I would say would be, not many ŌĆ£mapsŌĆØ to look at with the ŌĆ£you are hereŌĆØ but once you figure out the layout itŌĆÖs easy to find your way. And, not many bathrooms throughout the mall, but they are clean! (The ones we used).

I did however have a very unpleasant experience today at one of the shops. I had been very happy with my experiences at SaraŌĆÖs Fasions until today. The store had the right sizes in stock For two of us bridesmaids. We paid first. The third bridesmaids goes to pay for hers and we had been told when we were there earlier in the day that they only had the 1 XL in stock so a 2nd XL would have to be ordered in. The third bridesmaid wasn't told until she was paying that there is an extra $30 to bring in her dress since they don't already have it in store. The bridesmaid was angry of course and pointed out that we were never told that and how is it fair that she is charged extra when her size WAS in store but the other bridesmaid simply paid first. THEN the owner who had been the person helping us the entire time charged her the extra 30 as she had to leave a deposit to bring in the dress and when giving her the receipt didn't write how much was left owing.



Considering we arenŌĆÖt needing the dresses until August and itŌĆÖs currently March, there is no way another dress order wouldnŌĆÖt be coming in before August. Also, thatŌĆÖs $500 in dress sales for 3 being sold in 1 day. WAVE THE FEE. IŌĆÖve a mind to return the dresses that weŌĆÖve bought and find them somewhere else. IŌĆÖm SO DISAPPOINTED in how this situation was handled

The supervisor at the waterpark was extremely helpful in resolving a meal issue for a large party that I booked. Two thumbs up to her for doing what she could to fix the issue! Our group had a great time!

Hi Wem! I think you need to update your app for rewards point, I already WASTE almost 100 points!. I scan 3 receipts then I just got 10points only (suppose to be 30 points). I scanned $300 receipt then again just received 10points (must be 25points). This is happening to me many times!. I lived near West Edmonton Mall, we eat and shop almost everyday and I think the app rewards point need to update. Thanks!

Labels just by the big food court needs to teach their staff how to deal with customers. When asked if anyone was paying by debit or credit and everyone said ŌĆ£no, cashŌĆØ the girl said ŌĆ£fine, stand in line thenŌĆØ. We will not be coming back!

yesterday i witnessed one of the most horrific scenes i have ever seen 6 mall security guards physically verbally assulated an elderly woman kicked her feet out beneath her and began to try n hurt her she was not resisting in anyway in fact i heard her say im not resisting she was telling them that she had medical ailments and that they were hurting her then they took her into a back room where they proceeded to slam her face against a wall she is covered in bruised a black eye and broken ribs anyone who has ever been assualted by security please come forward they are quoted as telling her she has no rights she has fingerprints all over her i want to start a class action law suite so please all people come forward lets put and end to this injuistice once and for all

We came as a group of 10. We got to the seal show just before 2pm. It started at 2. We made it clear to the guy behind the counter that we were all going in. He let 2 of us in, then told the rest of us it was too late. It was 2:01. I then asked what the price was for just the caverns, without watching the show. There is no other price. How can you expect people to pay full price when they are only allowed to receive half the services? This is unjust.

The balls in the ball pit in the toddlerŌĆÖs area of GalaxyLand smell like a hundred litres of urine. It was so bad our kids and our clothes smelled like piss afterwards. Also, they absolutely refuse to give us an opening date for Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.

Mall Security (K9 team) very rude!!! Searched through our bags like it was garbage, dumbing things all over the floor, and still had the audacity to say ŌĆ£well they are on the floor now, so itŌĆÖs garbage!ŌĆØ I forced her to pick the items up!

In general, this mall is one of my favorite places to go when we visit the city. This bad review is only for the Coach shop. My mother and I walked in intent on just browsing around, and I saw a handbag that I loved. I picked it up to look, and checked the tag for a price. At this point a sales associate approached us, and I thought she was going to give me information about the bag, but all she said was that it was "part of the new collection", and proceeded to take the bag from my hands and put it back on the display. She then walked away without another word. I was shocked at the appalling service, and we left without looking at anything else. After this experience I will definitely look elsewhere for things to spend money on. I think this behavior was uncalled for and highly inappropriate. I also visited Swarovski that day, and received excellent service despite the fact that I didn't buy anything. Koodos to all the shops with excellent service in West Ed.

I'm writing this in review of Ed's rec room Friday night bowling! First off it is my daughter's 13th birthday we are celebrating and bowling is all she wanted to do. We arrived at Ed's at 6pm after driving an hour in a snow storm to get here only to find out that Family Fun Friday had been changed to Sunday. I called Ed's the night before we came and was assured by the guy answering the phone that YES, this promotion was still available and would be on when we arrived for my daughter's birthday. I asked the guy on the phone THREE times if he was positive this was right and he assured me with a "yes Ma'am" everytime. Well we arrived and what was assured to me would be $40 for an hour of bowling with pizza and a pitcher of pop turned into $ 140 later as they charged me for $7 per person per game plus food and shoe rentals! This wouldn't have been a big deal except for a family on a budget it was very disappointing and false advertising as the flyer said $7 per game NOT per person! When we ordered food the menu price was different from the price I was charged which was way more. We are/were huge fans of Ed's and liked to come when we were in town or close by but as of right now we are seriously rethinking this choice. What should have been and usually is a great time turned into a not so fun evening and 5 very disappointed girls one being a birthday girl! Please make this right West Edmontom Mall!!!

I would like to thank West Edmonton Mall for being absolutely ridiculous with their pricing. My 3 year old was going to be charged full rate as she was right at the line of 43 inches. So glad that my 3 year old and Husband would be charged the same price. The ICING on the cake was that even though they would have charged her FULL ADMISSION she was to Small to go on the swings solo....anyone else have an issue with this? Great customer service!

I brought my 3 and 6 year old to the water park today. We had to leave our boots in the boot room as they were wet. Someone stole my three-year-olds and all I got was a sorry as I had to carry him in sock feet to sports check to buy him new ones. Thankfully sports check was very helpful as I sat in the middle of their department store crying that somebody stole shoes from my child with special needs who has a hard time with new things. Having to buy a new boots is painful for him to adjust to. You really need cameras in your boot room. They are not part of your change room nobody is taking off their clothes.

Hi. I just tried to buy four two-day multiplay passes to the mall online using a credit card. The transaction appeared to be declined. I tried again and it was again declined. I logged into my online banking system and I see both transactions have reserved the money on my credit card although they have not been cashed. I called MasterCard and WorldLine who tell me that the merchant must make a request to them to reverse the transaction or else this amount will stay blocked on my account for 15 days. I have no confirmation email or voucher to redeem for the passes I was trying to purchase (only 4 - I didn't want 8 of them!) and therefore I would kindly request that the West Edmonton Mall take care of this asap. $830 is a fairly big sum to just wait 15 days for it to sort itself out. My email to customer services was answered but to be honest, it felt very much like The West Edmonton Mall expects me to just wait this one out - and I believe $830 is A LOT of money to just patiently wait for the problem to go away on its own. According to MasterCard and WorldLine the problem with the transaction originated with the West Edmonton Mall's website and not with my card which is authorized for international use and where my limit has not nearly been reached. So perhaps it is worth also taking a look at your systems since I suppose I am not the only international tourist who would like to proactively purchase their tickets (the service your website claims to offer) but doesn't want $830 reserved on their credit card for zero actual passes (the service I received from your website). Not a promising start to our holiday to be sure.
